I love the idea of One Pot pasta...i learned from experience to use a thicker pasta (no Angel Hair) and stir often, after adding to the pot....and, really, don't make more than people will eat at one sitting...leftovers, here, can be weird/gluey......"This has been a Public Service announcement...don't shoot me"
Judith Loue Thats a good tip about not being good for leftovers. Im glad I saw that as I usually try to make enough for a couple meals.
i totally agree with this tip. i have bad experience with thinner pastas. if your planning for leftovers, not the dish to cook. eat it immediately!
I'm a believer! Any recipe that makes less of a mess is a win for us. Plus, the creaminess of one-pot pastas are very popular with the kids. Yum!

I just wanted to say I really love this channel because the ingredients used can be pretty inexpensive not only where you come from but also in Singapore (where I am)! Sara, I think you should add the shrimp before the pasta is completely cooked (5 minutes before), this way the pasta will be less overcooked.
