so i made the cajun chicken separately in my air fryer, used alfredo sauce instead of straight cream and me and my boyfriend loved it! super creamy and delicious, and the air fryer really made the perfect crisp on the chicken thighs
Guys I just made the spinach and shrimp pasta and it turned out soooo good! But I highly recommend cooking the pasta before hand and then adding it to the chicken broth and milk mixture, otherwise it’ll end up a bit dry. Definitely worth making!!

I've noticed that in american cooking in general, they tend to flavor the rest of their food WITH the meat, rather than flavoring the meat with the rest of the food-- if that makes sense. for instance, bacon was used to flavor nearly every component of one of the pasta dishes above, whereas in another culture's cuisine, the veggies and spices are cooked off first, then the raw meat is added and soaks up all the flavors that way. not really sure what this means, but its just an observation.

i think its a huge mistake not cooking your pasta before adding it to the rest of the ingredients! i did that once because the recipe called for it and the cook who made it said it was safe -and it tasted fine but the starches that you leave behind in the water was in my dish and it was just too starchy! i had a small bowl but my stomach swelled up so much -i thought i had poisoned myself. so if you dont want that -cook your pasta before you add it to the rest of the dish!

I absolutely love this channel! I'd like a video for creamy and satisfying pastas for vegetarians, and healthy pastas for vegetarians. I also would like recipes for vegetarian cakes and desserts. In fact if there is a video for possible vegetarian substitutes that could be used in place of meat/eggs/seafood from the recipe videos for savory/sweet dishes posted earlier, it'd be really great!! P.S. I have seen videos from other channels for vegetarian recipes but unfortunately many of those recipes contain egg which actually isn't vegetarian. But when I check for eggless recipes they are often vegan recipes. Vegetarians can have dairy. I live in Italy and I like the idea but remember... If you want to cook good pasta, don't put pasta BEFORE it boils. Put it AFTER. For example, make water boils, put spaghetti and leave them for 8-9 minutes.
Just made the chicken spinach alfredo for dinner and oh.. my.. god! So good! And I made it without the bacon. So it's gonna be phenomenal with it. Can't wait to make it again!

For the first one I improvised since I didn't have Alfredo sauce, I used cottage cheese and cow milk. It turned out better than I expected.
Rule #1: leafy veggies such as spinach are always thrown into the mix last, otherwise you will end up with soggy and devoid of nutrients.
rule #2 don't fucking put the chicken in the pan when it's cold. no maillard reaction = no flavor
