According to guideline, there's nothing mentioned about "have to do extracurricular activities." So i guess it's ok if you don't join any of them, but if you do and tell the committee about your experience it'll be much better

You can use driver's license, voter's cardvor international passport anything that shows their nationality. I would advise you not to use NIN cause it doesn't state clearly, I'm not sure tho. You don't need to attest your parents proof of citizenship, it is stated there

If you are a Nigerian it is easy to get. Just go to a government hospital and get it done for at most#3000
