New subscriber here, I'm planning to take my chances of being one of the lucky student to be accepted on KGSP and i really found this video so informative. Thank you so much, Mr. Daniel.
Thank you so much for your tips, it is really helpful to have this kind of feedback. At first, I was a bit nervous because of how serious you sound but at the same time, I could appreciate how gentle you are by sharing this with future applicants. I'm a Spanish student that has been thinking about applying to gks a lot of time and I hope that when I finish my degree I apply. I'm curious about language-related requirements. For example, in Spain, most of the scholarships must-have is an English certificate, being Cambridge Certificates one of the most accepted. Moreover, other language certifications such as Portuguese, French, German or regional languages like Galician or Catalán are considered positive points for a candidate. For example, as a Galician student (a Spanish student from Galicia, a region of Spain) by finishing high school we have at the same time a CELGA4 certificate (native Galician level) and a medium Portuguese level certification in addition to our Spanish curriculum. Btw sorry for my English, clearly my area of expertise is Software Engineering, not English XD Thank you so much for your arduous work and greetings from Spain Muchas gracias

I have a question about my case if I can just ask here I already started university in my country, but I really want to apply to undergraduate program, my major still new in my country so is not developing as great as it should and I’d like to know if it is possible. well at least in this year it was common that these things happened, this was the pandemic year so getting all the documents needed was harder, and I think an online system will facilitate all these things before sending the physical documents, I mean in my country getting certificated something, notarized or apostilled, transcript, everything and moreover translated was very hard, because normal publics institutions didn't work everyday
Thank you for this amazing and informative video!! My question is, how does NIIED determines the final candidates via university track? Does the school ranks each candidates they submit from every countries? I believe the final round in NIIED for university track is all recommended students of each university from 1 country competing to that quota of their country. I know several applicants who passed university track many times (some tried applying 3 or 4 times already) but fail in the final NIIED selection round. What do you think is the determining factor of this? Does NIIED has bias in age or major the applicant is applying? Thank you!! :)
could you, please, help me identify if the original copy is the exact document I have or the copied version of the original document. In most application requirements, applicants are asked to submit original copies of their documents. I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Do you perhaps know if one can still work in their home-country during the GKS scholarship? I read that there are strict rules on working in Korea, but no mention on online jobs outside. Thank you!

Hello sir, I'm 23 and in my first year of biotechnology. I aim to pursue medicine in Korea through the Global Korean Scholarship Program. With a 75% score in my 12th boards and a current SGPA of 9.04, I plan to enhance my language proficiency for TOPIK, TOEFL, and IELTS. Could you confirm my eligibility for the scholarship?

Hello! Can we still apply for KGSP to study Masters even with a GPA lower than 3.0 during undergraduate? Or is it an automatic rejection? I think I have the skills but I had bad grades during my undergraduate because of various reasons. Thanks in advance for answering!
Unfortunately, you can't...

I have single name in all of my official documents. No middle and family name. Can i just put my single name in it ?
FYI i wrote to twice emails to admission officers but no reply
Keep trying!
well at least in this year it was common that these things happened, this was the pandemic year so getting all the documents needed was harder, and I think an online system will facilitate all these things before sending the physical documents, I mean in my country getting certificated something, notarized or apostilled, transcript, everything and moreover translated was very hard, because normal publics institutions didn't work everyday
So sad...!
Thank you sir .....😊😊😊
Hey sir I appreciate your swift response and I hope to hear from you soon, the proof of citizenship I have a birth certificate do I still need to notarize that of my parents?
thank you! I heard that GKS its not given scholarships to Venezuelans nationalities
Thank you so much for your useful tips sir, the fact that you - one of the interviewers helping us give me so much comfort, i have a question, if i have anemia, can i still apply for the scholarship? And thank you again!
thank you so much!
Do you perhaps know if one can still work in their home-country during the GKS scholarship? I read that there are strict rules on working in Korea, but no mention on online jobs outside. Thank you!
Thank u so much sir💜
What grade are you in right now?
Ah number 2, that's why they replied me so late 😳
