@@AnthonyEntertains They generally don't do that sort of thing because they don't want to risk screwing up the trick for the magician. For example, what if the trick depended on Teller turning over that specific tile, obviously forced though it may be.
Thats the most I've seen Teller laugh during an act. Hilarious

“FOX” is glued on to grandma’s forehead behind her hair. When he pulls her hair up, it reveals the word. When grandma went head first into the tiles I laughed my ass off.

I was sure "Grandma" was going to remove the mask and reveal who was under it. Penn looked pissed off when he squirted water on him.
Penn was a super good sport and a lot of fun, despite the surprise shower.
He was really pissed off.

Man you and your criminally underrated grandma are the funniest double I’ve ever watched in this show. Just pure comedy and your acting was crazy good. I laughed so hard when she fall down and didn’t make a comeback throughout the Penn’s speech was unbelievable. Very well done both of you.

I feel like Penn was legitimately annoyed, but kind of liked being legitimately annoyed.
He enjoyed someone pushing his buttons for once and not being afraid to push the limits on them. They were both awesome.
After all these seasons this is one of the first times I actually had to laugh instead of a giggle. Comedic timing right on point 😂 Ms Doubtfire doing magic 😂 Great trick. I have seen a version of it but this was way more enjoyable 👍

Good stuff man! You made Teller laugh multiple times, too, which feels like no small feat. Either way, I enjoyed it. It's cool they're still doing this show (upload time currently says "2 days ago") and what's awesome about it is they let the magicians upload their own acts instead of selfishly enforcing copyrights.
Thank you so much! I agree, I was surprised I pulled that off. I think he saw a little bit of himself in us, of course minus all the talent. Lol. It is unbelievable how nice the crew and production company treats the magicians. They know that this video can change our lives and are happy to help us grow. It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.

I thought it was fun. and the entire time I too thought this is exactly something P&T would have done in some weird way. Cool to see Penn feed off your act at the end.
That was one of the goals. Do something that they could see themselves doing when they were younger. I agree, it was a great surprise.
I've seen him do this trick 3 times. Each time he has a different grandmother...I thought it was just an act at first. Now I know why he owns that coffin. 😂

I think when penn said he tried to spell "switch" that means that the magician switched the letters and forced the word. Then the final letters had sticky substance on them so when the grandma put her head down it will stick.

Penn looked a little pissed about getting water thrown at him.
Oh, this one is SO easy to reveal! Anthony has a dipped reddel-bag concealing the trip-lasher that's stowed under a wax gleener behind his left elbow. Meanwhile 'Granny', who is really David Blaine, screets a two-fasser horn across a rip-flange that secretes the donut-ring brass-tipped hopper back into the lat-winged ratchet-spring. Once coiled, the Houdini Hipster attachment drags the flat-bladed ressel-toe across the blunt edge of the snap-bracket and bingo - that's your tri-trap lifted to be flush with the grub-twister!
Simple really. I can't believe people just couldn't work that out!
There goes my career!!!! Blaine owed me a favor because I helped him with his strudel pass a few years back. 😂

At 3:16 he dumps the random tiles teller and penn chose from the bottom of the cup with some mechanism that opens the cup bottom on the table. Then replaced it with hidden tiles inside the cup concealed.
Then based upon how much the value of the word is, he knows which word based upon all variations.

I have watched all seasons of Fool Us and this is the first act in a long time that I really liked. (except DaOrtiz who was awesome) In the beginning of the trick I was annoyed because I thought that removing the mask was going to be the final part of the trick. But instead it took a chaotic turn that was great!

I was disappointed with Penn's comments given that it was really a unique and fun act -- he should have talked more about that and given some more (deserved) praise. Perhaps he was annoyed at being squirted, but he's done a lot worse to folks on stage himself ...
Anyway, great act. No idea how it was done really.

Keep in mind that it may also be edited. If they can cut time out of deliberation they can snip it out of his response too. They have to make sure the shows all fit in a certain duration, so he could have spent a solid minute talking more about how great it was and they just chose to remove it and focused on the verdict part.
