I made these today and they were unbelievable, I sent a friend of mine who was visiting home with some and she was amazed, such an easy recipe but the results were stunning, thank you yet again 😊
My mother has made the same sage sausage stuffing for fifty years. I'm sure she buys the same generic phyllo dough. It's a staple of every Christmas dinner.
Can't explain enough How delightful it is to have found this on St. Patrick's Day this year 2024. I'm sharing with many of my Great Britain friends and people that love to cook. Good simple food. Can't wait to try some of the Thai recipes. Thank you, thank you thank you
We always use sausage mince in NZ, which is pork, never sausages and add our spices etc. My late Father-in-law who was a cook in the Navy always added mashed taties or bread crumbs as that stops the filling shrinking from the pastry. I guess the stuffing mix does exactly that! I love the look of this recipe, thanks Rik
I really love the look of these, and I always buy Leicester Pork Sausages, so I just need some Paxo and some Apple Sauce now....thanks Rik !! great for a quick lunch....hot or cold
nice one Rik I love a bit of stuffing in the mix I sometimes mash a good amount of pate into the stuffing as well. this mix all mashed in makes a great tray bake for any roast meat. keep up the great content.
