All of those could lead to a movie turning out not as good as everyone hoped, but a bad movie is not always necessarily bad.

Of the movies I've watched, it would be Hollow Man. I found it enjoyable but it disappointed a lot of people

I loved Aliens vs Predator. At the time of its release the reviews were really bad. Recently I've noticed that the positive reviews for it has increased over the years.
Interesting. Always makes me wonder what leads to the turn of opinions. Maybe people revisit it and go "huh... guess it wasn't that bad"
I actually like Superhero Movie…I saw it not long ago and still find the scenes funny.
