You made me and most importantly The ICC theatre look really good Toni. Thank you for your fine work, passion and sharing the philosophy of improv. ❤

Thank YOU - if it wasn't for you there was no video. It was so much fun to film and everyone in the theatre is just awesome!

As always, I hope you enjoyed!
Improv has been a huge part of my life for the past couple of years, so this video was bound to happen.
If you are ever in Copenhagen, Denmark, check out some of ICC Theatre's shows and classes and tell them I sent you!

I used to do improv when I was a kid, and I think it helps explain one of the reasons why I make video essays now. There’s a lot of overlap in those creative mindsets. Great video, as always!

No way! RUclipsrs making video essays about film who have also done improv must be putting us into quite a niche. We should be friends!

Improv in theater class was my favorite part of 7th grade. I tried to be on stage as much as I could, and every time I went up, I had so much fun! Always say “Yes, and” was actually one of the biggest rules my teacher specified when we did improv!

That's awesome! The best part is that those principles translate really well into everyday life too.

    Great video!
I recently signed up for improv class to get over debilitating anxiety and after going there for almost two months I have learned so much about emotions, attention and just being in the present. I have always liked the idea of creating something spontaneously which is why I signed up for this class but I never would have thought that so many things from improv can be applied to your every day life, I think at its core, improv is about not only embracing uncertainty but surfing in the sea of uncertainty and that too with others. I am still pretty awkward and anxious, but I think I'm gonna keep going to the classes because it's a lot of fun.
BTW, I found your channel through looking up videos on The Great Train Robbery since I'm quite passionate about cinema although not a film student. I loved all the videos I have seen here so far and really dig the effort you put in making them, strange that you don't have more subscribers. Anyway, you got a new sub from me!

That's awesome and I love your attitude. Trust me, we are all awkward and anxious to an extend, but the fact that you are still choosing to embrace it and "surf the sea of uncertainty" speaks volume about your character. Well done, and happy you are enjoying it just as much. It's a small community relatively speaking, but I feel like you could meet an improviser from just about anywhere in the world and immediately be on the same wavelength.
And thank you for subscribing, plenty of exciting projects in the works so I hope you stick around!
