സാധാരണ ഞാൻ പലരുടേയും video കണ്ട് പനീർ കറി ചെയ്ത് മടുത്ത ആളാണ്, പക്ഷെ ഇത് വളരെ എളുപ്പം ടേസ്റ്റി . സത്യം , ഞാൻ അങ്ങെനെ comment ചെയ്യുന്ന ശീലം ഇല്ല , പക്ഷെ ഇതു പറയാതെ വയ്യ, സൂപ്പർ. ഇപ്പോഴാ ഞാൻ ശരിക്കും പനീർ കറി ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ പഠിച്ചത്, ഞാൻ 100% ഉറപ്പു പറയുന്നു, ഇതിൽ പറയുന്ന പോലെ ചെയ്താൽ കറി സൂപ്പർ ,കസൂർ മേത്തി ഇടാൻ മറക്കല്ലേ, ഒപ്പം Over മസാലയും വേണ്ട, എല്ലാം മിതമായി🥰👍 പിന്നെ ഞാൻ രണ്ടു തക്കാളിക്കു പകരം ഒന്നേ ചേർത്തുള്ളൂ, പുളി കൂടുമെന്നു തോന്നി , അതുപോലെ fresh cream ന് Cashew nut അരച്ചു ചേർത്തു , എന്തായാലും സംഭവം കൊള്ളാം👍🙏

You can use thick creamy yogurt instead of fresh cream. Make sure the yogurt is not sour. Beat the yogurt well and add it after you turn off the flame and mix well.

Thank you so much. Instead of cream, you can increase the number of cashew nut(which we need to paste). You can take around 10 cashew. Also you can use beaten thick creamy yogurt(not sour). If you are using yogurt, make sure you add it only after turning off the flame and curry is warm(not too hot). Otherwise the curry will get curdled. Even you can skip the cream, still this will taste delicious.

There is slight difference between fresh cream and whipping cream. Whipping cream has got more fat in it compared to fresh cream. But you can definitely use whipping cream (not whipped cream)in this recipe.👍🏻
