Fabulous lower body workout with a good mix of props. The kneeling lean back and Sissy squats were the most challenging. Thanks a ton Kathrin for continuing to challenge us - your workouts are making me stronger not just physically but also mentally!

WOW🤗... The variation of exercises was awesome! Definitely concentrated on the lower body but at the same time the arms too although not noticeable since the attention was on the execution of the lunges / squats. Thank you for the amazing routine! I am quite sure I will be feeling this tomorrow... love it!👍❤👊

Oh, the burn in quads was real 🔥 Missed it last time because of flu and so happy to do it today (two new workouts in a row for me 😂🥰☺️) It’s wonderful, burning so that even the squat jumps were soo hard at the end 😅 Thank you! ❤ Can’t stop saying how i love your workouts, it’s never boring, both here on RUclips and in the app 🥰
Can't believe I took 1 and a half hours to do this 😅😅 dang, my legs are weak. I really love this Kathrin, especially because it was brutal, left my legs shaky and because it had some repeated exercises! More intense leg workout for strength gain please ❤❤ the lunge jumps you included were perfect to make me realise how bad the stamina of my legs are haha I will definitely do this again and see my progress!

This was a great challenge. It was much more difficult than I thought it was going to be. I used 25lbs.❤❤ The finisher was an amazing burnout for the quads. I finished my workout out with a 15 quad?/ inner thigh focused Barre workout.

Kay Kay mission pistol squats second round! This workout is absolutely bomb! My quads are shaking! Mobility next and that's me done for the day! One day when I will do that first pistol squat, you will be the first one to know lol 😊🙏❤.

WOW!, That was INTENSE!! I increases my hand weights to 20 lbs AND used barbells with 20+ lbs. for all lunge moves-a definite weight increase for me. Thank you for helping me get stronger, KK! ❤❤❤💪🏋️♀️🥵
