Einfach geil. Ich bin mega einfallslos bei HomeWorkouts. Eben das Workout gemacht, um nicht ins Gym fahren zu müssen. Bisschen mehr Gewicht genommen, da ich im Studio heute schon schwer trainiert hätte. Es war perfekt..Danke und ich habe locker eine Stunde eingespart.❤❤❤❤❤🎉
Amazing workout! Such a great challenge. I used 25 & 35 lbs for the duration. ❤❤ loved the combination of weights and body weight. I did single leg calf raises, so that increased the burn. 2 days later and I am still sore.
You should make more videos with these exercises, I think hip trusts are fundamental, which I rarely see in your workouts even though I love them all 😊

OMG 🥵 This was a killer. I didn't want to do it at first because of the length (almost 1 hour session, I prefer the 30 min workout ) but pushed myself and I did it ...😍 The time flew by so fast. Thank you for this great workout! I was really suffering during the hip thrusts, especially the single leg ones were really hard. I just have one small question: How do you decide on when to make the break? I think personally I would have preferred it more in the middle of the workout.
