    30 days nah!! 30 years yes ❤ life time. I have seen extremely fit bodies still hitting gym to stay in gym. It's not about 30 days or 90 days challenge. It's where you keep it disciplined.

      great advice and so true! this is why I encouraged people to find a new activity that they are curious about. 30 years starts with the 1st 30 days in the gym!

      @@iamlizendary absolutely!! I don't go to gym to loose weight as my weight is fine but I need to build some muscles and be stronger and more energetic in life. To maintain a healthy lifestyle and avoid unhealthy food , gym is a motivational place to go daily.
