DIY Control Cable Quick Fix

Whats up RUclipsrs, today is an excellent day for a quick down and dirty hack fix. This fix uses $1.29 5/16x2" tension pins that I bought at local hardware store. This fix could last a long while and prevent me from having to spend $30-$50 or upwards of $80 on a control cable depending on quality and length and lever end I would be buying.
I don't see how this could fail unless the internal cable is compromised. If your control cable has failed and the cable itself is in good condition but the plastic cable cover is broken or cracked, try this fix.
