I have all this games except for the virtual boy one, Wario was one of my favourite characters in gaming growing up!

Thanks for expressing your enjoyment of this retrospective. I also love this and will finish it at some point. I have it ready to edit even, all games played. There are 2 issues though. 1- The Xbox 360 marketplace coverage is urgent because its closing very soon in July. So before that I wont be able to finish this video. And 2- RUclips severely punishes me when a video gets low views like this one. Thats a major reason why creators cant find a way to diversify their content. This will not prevent me from continuing this series, I will do it. But will have to find a spot for it that causes less damage to the channel. Ill probably finish it, wait until I have the next video ready and release both in the same day or couple of days. Its a whole thing that will require more planning than I can do right now. Sorry its been taking so long, if it were up to me Id have it done already, believe me

Edit: Before the 3ds eshop closure I managed to get all of the super Mario land and wario land games so I look forward to playing them at some point

ML2 & 3 are just Gameboy masterpieces and Wario Land 2 is pretty solid although quite confusing for a kid at that time 😅
Wario land 3 was pretty rough at first but if you let it grow on you it sucks you in.
Also I highly appreciate the deeper look into Virtual Boy Wario Land. Such a good game that is never really given the love it deserves.

I suppose you omit Wario World for being 3D and Master of Disguise for being quite different in gameplay?
They absolutely are! I imagine that style of game from Wario Lands 2 and 3 is difficult to strike a balance in development. It has to be obtuse, thats the point, but cant be too much so that players just give up. But they nailed it in my opinion, even if the beginning is rough.
Yeah, I tried making some suspense, but definetly will feature World and Master of Disguise. Some put them inside the Land series, some see them as Spin-off games, but it doesn't matter, I will feature both. And then a few games on other series too, that are doing something simmilar to Wario Land :D.

Wario is such a cool character but I didn't like any of the Wario Land games in this video.
Warioware though... ooooh yeah! That's the good stuff!
