She guides us through how our upper body should be still and engaged and it can get hard to use the arms and core like that so yes these moves are for full body when done correctly ❤

I’m day 9 into a 75 soft challenge and I was soooo close to missing my first day of my 20 minute daily workout as it’s been a tiring day. It’s 9:10pm and I’m so glad I did this in the end 😌
Hi! I have really been enjoying this session in the evenings before bed. I like the voice instructions especially. I noticed most of your videos do not have voicing. Is this the only one or do some of the others have voice instructions as well?
I wanted to start out by saying that I really enjoyed this workout! It was just what I needed. Not sure how much control you have over it, but I had was ads popping up randomly in the middle. If there was a way to make them come at the beginning and end that would help a lot.
