- Many of you do not know how to defrost frozen prawns properly. you can get a very tender and retain most of the flavour with the technique I showed you in this video.
Ingredients:
Frozen Prawns 1 Pack
Chicken Tender 3 pcs
Bell Peppers to taste
Garlic 4 pcs
Chorizo
Paprika 1 tsp
White Wine
Chilli Flakes
Butter to taste
Pasta 250g

網上好多人唔識解凍,浪費食材
其實變黑都食得嘅不過就核突啲。肉質都爭啲
我平時都係咁樣解凍,方便又好食,有日同朋友傾開,佢話只要放雪櫃解凍時隻蝦可以同雪水分離,e.g.搵野隔起啲蝦,咁就會唔變黑,而肉質亦可以慢慢放鬆,因為佢食開啲一公斤六隻嘅巨蝦,所以講究啲

其實d 虾蝦頭煎咗嚟做咩? 點解嗯加水嚟做虾蝦汁放埋3/4熟的意粉嚟煮? D煎咗蝦頭的油再用嚟炒蝦同埋雞柳其實作用不大,仲有其實已經有蝦點解仲放雞柳? 來加大分量? 根本就嗯搭
體來好似好豐富其實麵就有麵味,蝦有蝦味,雞有雞味,d燈籠椒 根本用來做顏色,最後仲有d蝦頭仲放來做咩吖,擺盤 ??
家庭式就算啦 如果餐廳夠膽攞哩一碟嘢出來就真係可以嗯噻再去㗎啦
lol, this is hilarious. he's trying to show how to defrost the prawns with the head and he himself did it wrong. when you have the head still frozen, you want to cut it off frozen so the enzymes doesn't reach the rest of the meat and turn it to mush.
