What a great video!! That indeed sounded "wicked". I really like the punch of the Fat Bee, but mostly, I'm very entertained by your ability to adapt your playing to any tone that comes your way. Your versatility has inspired me.
Loving the Karnivool Goliath live intro at 18:18, such a good performance. Bea got me into them because he wore one of their shirts in a video, now they’re my favorite band.

The Super Kraken might be your cup of tea. It has a clean channel to go with the classic Kraken stuff. Regardless, a combo of Kraken and Dutchess might be interesting.
Your playing has evolved so much since when I first seen you on an andertons video years ago. It's so inspiring man. Your attitude and complete control of the worlds GREATEST instrument lol is so beyond words I can use to describe. You deserve every view and subscriber. Very cool idea. With a rig this simple, you could still get probably 85-90% of the tones most people actually use for gigs. Maybe one or two other pedals for the extra 10-15%. Love it.
That was outstanding - I was telling my buddy of a similar set-up I was dreaming of but I was using "The Jack" instead of "The Dutchess" - but wow very very cool - ty!!
Oh Gain 1, how I have missed you. Truly among the best of amp channels. Seriously though, with the Gain backed down and a nice delay, it is better than any clean channel.
My rig is Precision Drive, MXR Boost for lead into a V4 Kraken then straight to my interface. I love amps but with little space and neighbours I love being able to record, practice or write at any time with one rig
May I ask: do you have like problems with clipping or compression with your V4 in your setup? I have a setup like you, a TC spark boost, a ocd clone, a Thunderclaw, and gfi for del/Reverb. And: on channel 1 with gain arround 9 to 10, when throwing in an OD ( mainly as boost, so gain rather low) it starts clipping/compressing heavily, dempending on how much gain i set the pedals up (tc spark boost is fine, but the ocd set as boost, seems to be too much, so the sound starts clipping almost like a fuzz). Didnt have a Problem like this with my Orange Amp. But as I got the V4 for cheap used, I had to give it a try
@@flok2929 mine's always fine, i have the input on my audio interface set so the loudest input i can give it (heavy palm mutes with drive and boost engaged) is just short of clipping therefore i know im not gonna have any issues. My interface is a focusrite so its easy to see when i'm clipping

Hi man, really nice rig! Ever since I've seen those preamp pedals I have a tonal itch I can't scratch (but you can)... so I'll leave it here as a suggestion/request: it's a 4 "amps" rig and I dream it like this: A Countess or a Le clean ( maybe with scooped mids to allow the other two amps to be heard in the mix) paned in the middle, a Sheriff paned all the way to one side (or almost) and a Le Crunch paned all the way to the other side (maybe two Le Crunch because it has the sweep mids funcion) and a Kraken (paned in the middle, as well) as the solo sound/boost. So, the main sound would be the 3 "amps" at the same time, and the kraken (added, not as a substitute) to solo with. This, with your talent, skill and taste would (I'm assuming) sound really awesome. Hey Rabea, sounds sick! I'd be super interested in seeing a similar video for a compact rig using the new Kraken amp, and going for more of a modern metal style board setup while keeping some tonal versatility. Your thoughts?

Or would that be too low power? I love that idea. What should I be vary when picking the cab though? Would something like BLACKSTAR 1x12 be appropriate?
The dutchess is the 180w power amp. If you remove it there would be no noise. But you could put tge kraken into another amp or run it into a pedal power amp like the magnum 44
If you're going to do the pedal amp route, one of the Amp1 models would likely be a better value vs. the two Victory boxes for about $800 USD. In a single box roughly the same size as the Duchess you'd get a 4th channel, far more tonal options, and have full MIDI capability if you wanted to add that down the line.
Hey Bea and community, does anyone know how well the Duchess V4 might sound direct to front of house? Looking to stop carrying cabs as I get older and this direct in would be a great solution.
Always great Mr Rabea 🤘, need some pointers here, can the V4 Kraken preamp be used with a mooer GE 300 direct into FOH? And can I use 4 cable method to change channel on the Kraken via the Mooer? Thank you all.
Rabea if i use my pod go with the kraken preamp i need to add it on the loop of the pod go when i make a preset or i just connect it on the loop and ready to go ?
Could it be that the diagram is wrong? As far as I see it, the fatbee goes to the Kraken, the Duchess is in the "Bypass Loop" of the Kraken and the delay is between the Kraken and the Duchess going to the FX Return. So: Guit. -> Fatbee -> Kraken -> Duchess -> Kraken -> Delay -> Duchess; always with the option to bypass the Kraken's tone entirely ?
It sounds very good, I have bought a set like this. Only thing is did you ever use a Pack Rat pedal on the Kraken and if how is the sound? Thanks Rabea, you do a very good job with all you videos!

Hello Bea,first Thanx for the great video and the idea in general to build up this chain of pedals. There is where my question comes in...what’s the rough price of the four pedals? (Without guitar and the UA-Box)
Thanx you’re the greatest
Sorry for the out of the context question but do you know Cloudkicker´s music? Your music and Cloudkicker´s are some of my favorite heavier music and for some reason i see some resemblance on both. Heavier tones, big melodies and ambient music intertwine in the same space.Just ou of curiosity of mine. Cheers from Portugal.
