    Vitamin c help increase my sleep duration. I was surprised. Went from 3-4hr sleep back to 7hr

      @ 3-6k mg. It should work almost instantly. At least it did for me , which made me realise i was deficient in it. It didn’t show up in blood test

    Thanks for a great video! I learned a lot about vitamin C. Just wanted to let you know that while you are talking about vitamin C there are a few times where the writing on the screen says vitamin D. Could confuse people.

    Thanks Doc. Ill make sure my Vitamin C and foods with C are taken in the am. I'm taking a time release C. Are you ok with that if tajen in there am?

    Any recommendations on how to increase the absorption of vitamin c?

      they did experiments with different types of Vit C...they found no difference in absorption based on blood work...............key thing is it has short half life...30minutes......put a 1tsp in a 4ounces of water, sweeten if you want....drink at 4 different times during the day

      Liposomal Vit C has superior absorption compared to ascorbic acid.

    I can't take it early in the morning, I don't eat breakfast don't like eating early in the morning
