    Hi Dr. Breus, that was an amazing video. I thought I already knew about sleep a lot but just now I realized how little I actually know about it. Going through the details and explaining everything in steps was really helpful. Especially the very basics of sleep (you can learn a lot from the too).
    Thanks for your work, being so positive and informative ❤💪

    For some reason, all of a sudden I am scared of sleeping because I have no memory from my sleep and all I remember is right before I go to sleep and next moment I know is when I wake up. This thought is very scary to me all of a sudden as I dont know how and when I will fall asleep and sometimes Ill wake myself up randomly because I feel scared, what can I do to help

      Im not sure what a Fall Shock is?

    • @phillialevine
      @phillialevine 8 месяцев назад

      @@TheSleepDoctor it’s like waking up as if you have fallen, the shock wakes you up. But this happens multiple times a night and sometimes I wake up and continue the conversation or for example I thought that something on the ground directly needed inspection and kind of woke up and “inspected” an random object on my floor and then I thought.. what the hell am I doing, I went back to bed.

      @@BeAHappyCamper2Day thank you for your kind words, it’s less frequent now but still happens randomly but it hasn’t progressed to worse so I’m happy with that 🪴🌻

      try taking two pills of magnesium before bed. If its your first time, only take one so you dont get the runs. Look up sleepwalking, sounds like a small vrsion of that. :)

    I take magnesium at night and take deep breaths. Then I fall asleep. I have been stretching toes and legs while im laying down. I watched a lady on you tube on sleep. This is quite interesting. Thank you

    Then you have a mushy, overly brown banana. Ick. I like mine fairly firm, just a little past green. How about just boiling the peels?

    I’ve had dreams immediately after falling asleep plenty of times. But science is starting to believe the earth is flat, there are 800 genders, etc, so I don’t feel that bad about flying in the face of the scientific beliefs re sleep cycles.
