Magnesium Glycinate along with Glycine has helped Me sleep And even Dream! I added a Multivitamin which has lots of macro and micro nutrients. Also, I focused on Gut Health! Digestion enzymes supplement and Flaxhull Powder (Fiber) fixed my 5 year Sleep Deprivation! I hope the Doctor does a video on Gut Health and Sleep! 🙏

Thanks dr , I am not sleep well, woke up at 3 @am, then had difficult to fall to sleep again , I am taking mag every night, but I will add zinc supplement.
Very interesting!! how about the HTP5 supplement? And what about l-theanine in combination with magnesium glycinate to improve the quality of sleep and fall asleep quickly? Is this a good combination?
I have no trouble at all falling asleep but after 2 or 3 hours I wake up and rarely fall back asleep. If I do, I end up having terrible dreams. It’s so debilitating.

When do you take magnesium glycinate supplement morning or night?
@@ganesht1140 Definitely before bedtime. Mg glycinate is the right choice. Mg malate, with a stimulant effect, is to be used before working out.
