The time of the release helped A LOT it’s solidified as one of the best covid albums and even the vibe and lyrics on the album is something so new and it’s almost like they planned it. I heard once that This album was Billie Ellish’s favorite album and that comes from listening to it a lot from covid same here for me
It’s amazing to hear that the opening track was created while just jamming together. There’s something magical about being together and just playing in the same room. It’s a magic that simply can’t happen writing separately. When I think of The New Abnormal album, The Adults Are Talking is the first track that comes to mind and I don’t think the record would be the same without that amazing opening track. Cheers to you all being together and creating incredible sounds.
About global consciousness, and Julian question at the end, i believe the human race is a seven billion (and counting) head hydra, with roots that mesh together. I believe Jung writes about that. Deep beneath our consciousness layers, the layers on unconscious are shared between humans (and maybe other living beings?) like we share some deep roots.

What's funny about their conversation on shared consciousness that we aren't aware of, Eddie VanHalen said the same thing about his playing/writing, said none of that was actually coming from him, it all just came through him, that those ideas were just out there floating to be pulled from thin air and happened to land on him.
