Harry Potter because I read all the books and watched all the movies and he was scary at first but now, Professor Snape is one of my favorite professors and I love re-watching all the movies.
Always. Alan's turn as Colonel Brandon is one of my favourite performances of his, since he's unanimously a heroic character. Since the wedding scene was the first scene he filmed, he joked that he got married before even saying a single line.
How, HOW, do you not mention Colonel Brandon!? I will forever say I loved him as Snape, but I fell in love with him as Brandon ❤️ I cried multiple times the day he passed, and that’s no small thing for me. He truly is an icon.
I loved him most in Sense and Sensibility as the wonderful Colonel Brandon. And, this was the first time I thought about the actor, "That Alan Rickman is pretty darn sexy!!" haha. If only more men were like that character. Brandon was so kind and would do anything for the woman he loved including allowing her to marry someone else if that was what would make her happy. Rickman portrayed the character with charm and sensitivity. His acting when he first laid eyes on Marianne let us all know it was love at first site. I'm just glad that she saw in the end what a prince she had in Brandon.
I discovered Alan Rickman back in 1999 with *_Truly, Madly, Deeply_* and have loved him ever since. His work with Emma Thompson is always great because their chemistry is so strong. RIP dear Alan. My heart goes out to your family ❤️🩹
Rest In Peace Alan Rickman. Brilliant actor, excelled at all he appeared in. Gone way too soon. Glad you included Galaxy Quest. As a ‘star trek geek’ I adored that hilarious and loving spoof
The thing that fascinates me about his performances is he tried to somehow add a bit of humor that served the characters and stories. He knew what kind of humor to use and how much to dial it up.
I absolutely adored this man from when I first saw him in Die Hard. Both incredibly handsome and quite cheeky, and an incredibly talented actor. He was taken way too soon😢
He totally outshined the much bigger star at that time, Kevin Costner, when he played the most iconic Sheriff of Nottingham of all time in Robin Hood, Prince of Thieves. I consider Alan Rickman one of the greatest actors of all time.
Alan u will always beloved and missed and one of many entertainers thats up in heaven and now in our hearsts❤ but yall Legacy lives own in yall work and our hearts ❤
The fact that the notification of this video cropped up when I was reading the infamous Harry Potter scene where everybody finds out Snape's true colours is downright terrifying. Msmojo, are you watching me? 😳😂❤
Add to my favorite Rickman roles that of Rev. Obadiah Slope in Anthony Trollope’s Barchester Towers. Rickman plays the bishop’s scheming chaplain, in cahoots with the fearsome Mrs. Proudie, the bishop’s wife. 😃👍
Alan Rickman was a true actor to his art. Seeing him in anything brings out the quality of any film. And I was afraid of what this video might entail about him.
Sweeney Todd - such an EPIC singing voice Severus Snape - made the unlikable likeable Metattron in Dogma - proof a serious actor can make you laugh Absolem - a fitting finale to his amazing career
Hans Gruber is one of the best action film villains ever, and in large part to Rickman, he was charming. It's easy to play smug, it's harder to make a part of you to want him to win. 'Die Hard' is my all-time favorite film, so Hans Gruber is Rickman's role that I'll cherish the most.
The role of the evil Sheriff of Nottingham in the movie “Robin Hood Prince of Thieves” was one of my favorite things about Alan Rickman. He was evil but funny at the same time. I loved the line when he was yelling at Robin Hood, “I’m going to cut your heart out with a spoon!”
Alan Rickman was always an incredible actor and a really nice person. I hope I get to meet him someday. Until then, I'll take all the HP marathons I can get! RIP Alan Rickman, you will ALWAYS be the best Professor Snape 🙏🙌
Loved alan rickman in Sense and sensibility Die hard and in the harry potter films and dogma that film is so underrated he truly was a gifted actor ❤❤❤
Rest in peace, Alan Rickman. He really excelled at playing villains, and was apparently a gentleman in real life. Now, let's turn to page 394 in his honour. ❤😇
I love Alan Rickman (for more than just Snape; my goodness, man has an amazing, solid HISTORY of work and that's all people bring up). I literally have not been able to bring myself to watch anything with him in it since he died. Same for Robin Williams and Chadwick Boseman. It's like, I know I'll cry my eyes out, so I just don't go there, lol. In fact, I'm not going to watch this video because just seeing him in Prince of Thieves in the first second, which was the first movie I ever saw him in as a kid, has me starting up, but I had to leave a comment in respect.
When I first heard his voice in Die Hard, I thought he was German or from some other European country until I watched one of his interviews that he's British.
The only villain I know of him is Hans Gruber in Die Hard. I watched it earlier last year during my Christmas break. I think he did great a job as the villain
To me, it’s not Professor Snape. I don’t watch Harry Potter. It’s Judge Turpin from Sweeney Todd. Even though it was his first time singing, he did an amazing job!
Y'all didn't even touch on his role as Colonel Brandon in Sense and Sensibility. I very much dislike all things Hairy Potty, but very much love all things Jane Austen.
If I Were Win an Oscar For a Movie It'd Be Blood In Blood Out (1993) If were to win a Razzie for a movie It'd be Clockstoppers (2002) don't want nothing to do with Nickelodeon
That Rickman was as much in the dark as the fans IS the rumour. The truth (which Rowling and Rickman themselves confirmed in several interviews) is that Rickman accepted to play Snape after Rowling divulged Snape’s story and his destiny - which she had already in her mind - with him.

Hans Gruber from Die Hard that Severace Snape from the Harry Potter franchise, and so on
Harry Potter because I read all the books and watched all the movies and he was scary at first but now, Professor Snape is one of my favorite professors and I love re-watching all the movies.
@@abramsullivan7764 It’s Severus.
Behold the metatron, Almighty voice of god
He will always be Colonel Brandon in my heart ❤️
I can't believe they forgot to mention his role as Colonel Brandon in Sense and Sensibility. Serious oversight, guys!
Always. Alan's turn as Colonel Brandon is one of my favourite performances of his, since he's unanimously a heroic character. Since the wedding scene was the first scene he filmed, he joked that he got married before even saying a single line.
I miss Alan Rickman💔

Rest in Peace Alan Rickman 🕊️🕯️
Alan Rickman was wonderful in Robin Hood Prince Of Thieves he played him like he just didn’t care one of favourites
I've missed him so much that like Robin Williams movies, I can't watch him without crying. Galaxy Quest was my down in the pits cheer me up movie.
I love that Snow Cale was mentioned because it’s such a great movie!
The thing that fascinates me about his performances is he tried to somehow add a bit of humor that served the characters and stories. He knew what kind of humor to use and how much to dial it up.
If I had to pick an iconic role, I'd say Colonel Brandon in "Sense and Sensibility" is the one I'd go with.
I absolutely adored this man from when I first saw him in Die Hard. Both incredibly handsome and quite cheeky, and an incredibly talented actor. He was taken way too soon😢
Rip to this amazing man 💜 he is missed and an amazing enigma of an actor
He totally outshined the much bigger star at that time, Kevin Costner, when he played the most iconic Sheriff of Nottingham of all time in Robin Hood, Prince of Thieves. I consider Alan Rickman one of the greatest actors of all time.
I know he also played a romantic lead in a Jane Austin's adaption of 'Sense & Sensibility' BEFORE Harry Potter, too. 😉
After all this time? Always. ❤
Alan Rickman is one of my favorite actors. Nobody can do villains like him.
Alan u will always beloved and missed and one of many entertainers thats up in heaven and now in our hearsts❤ but yall Legacy lives own in yall work and our hearts ❤

I promise we're not!! Just a coincidence 😅😅😅
I think Alan was sending you a sign because he was a cool guy like that.
@MsMojo no, I see it as a sign from Alan and I think y'all should be blessed 🙏🙌
@@katherineknapp4370 I feel blessed, if that's true 😇

RIP Professor Snape, 1946-2016.
😢
Your dates are off, Snape was born in 1960 (maybe 1959) and died 2 May 2018, the confirmed date of the Battle of Hogwarts.
Alan Rickman was a true actor to his art. Seeing him in anything brings out the quality of any film. And I was afraid of what this video might entail about him.
I’ve grown up watching the Harry Potter movies and I liked Severus Snape
Sweeney Todd - such an EPIC singing voice
Severus Snape - made the unlikable likeable
Metattron in Dogma - proof a serious actor can make you laugh
Absolem - a fitting finale to his amazing career
Always enjoyed his work. Favorite role is Snape but loved him in Sense & Sensibility ❤
My favorite role of Alan is definitely Colonel Barton in “Sense and Sensibility”. He’s just.…*chef’s kiss*. 🩷🩷
Well, this was an absolutely GORGEOUS surprise of a video. ❤❤
One of my favourite Actors taken too soon.
Im reading his journal atm . I miss him very much .

A lesser known role and HBO movie where Rickman was absolutely brilliant - Rasputin. If you haven’t seen it, you need to.
Thank you for the update, MsMojo..!! May he rest in peace..
Loved alan rickman in
Sense and sensibility
Die hard and in the harry potter films and dogma that film is so underrated he truly was a gifted actor ❤❤❤
For me, it seems like he's still alive ❤❤❤
Rest in peace, Alan Rickman. He really excelled at playing villains, and was apparently a gentleman in real life. Now, let's turn to page 394 in his honour. ❤😇
I can't believe it's been 8 years since he, Prince, Muhammad Ali, and David Bowie died, but their legacies will live on.
Incredibly talented and sexy as hell: Alan Rickman
Definitely the Harry Potter movies. His role as Severus Snape is outstanding
I love Alan Rickman (for more than just Snape; my goodness, man has an amazing, solid HISTORY of work and that's all people bring up). I literally have not been able to bring myself to watch anything with him in it since he died. Same for Robin Williams and Chadwick Boseman. Rickman was great in Die Hard as Hans.
Closetland! 😩
RIP Legend.
I didn't know that Alan had a jaw condition that gave him his distinctive voice. His voice reminded me of David Bowie. Regardless, rest in peace.
Me neither, the more you know, right?
When I first heard his voice in Die Hard, I thought he was German or from some other European country until I watched one of his interviews that he's British.
The only villain I know of him is Hans Gruber in Die Hard. I watched it earlier last year during my Christmas break. I think he did great a job as the villain
Rickman was hilarious in Sideways. He played an excellent 'Tea Bag'.
I was surprised he lent his voice in two movies
It’s lesser known, and certainly not iconic, but I loved A Little Chaos. It has some sweet moments.
“Always”
Outside of the Harry Potter franchise, my favourite Alan's movie is Die Hard.
Love him💔
To me, is Professor Snape. Happy thursday afternoon, Samantha. Take care and God bless you. Greetings from Colombia to you as well.
He was great in Blowdry
❤ Alan Rickman as Sir Alexander Dane as Dr. Lazarus ❤🕊️💐
Snape will always be my favourite role that he did. It was the role I first knew him from, with me being born in 1996 😅
Alan Rickman, Michael Gambon, and other Harry Potter actors who died didn't deserve to die. ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️
To me, it’s not Professor Snape. I don’t watch Harry Potter. It’s Judge Turpin from Sweeney Todd. Even though it was his first time singing, he did an amazing job!
Personally, Alan Rickman was the worst gut-punch of 2016.
Y'all didn't even touch on his role as Colonel Brandon in Sense and Sensibility. I very much dislike all things Hairy Potty, but very much love all things Jane Austen.
Alan Rickman
A legend
"After all this time?"
"Always..."
The man himself said it best
If I Were Win an Oscar For a Movie It'd Be Blood In Blood Out (1993) If were to win a Razzie for a movie It'd be Clockstoppers (2002) don't want nothing to do with Nickelodeon
What does this have to do with Alan Rickman?
Alan Rickman!? Always...😢
cooool
Too soon 😭😭😭😭😭😭
It’s the doctor from Galaxy Quest. So laconic.
They should cast Benedict Cumberbatch to play a young Snape
I love Benedict Cumberbatch, but he is almost the same age Alan was when he started playing the actual Snape. LOL
How is that nice people make the very best vilians?
That Rickman was as much in the dark as the fans IS the rumour. The truth (which Rowling and Rickman themselves confirmed in several interviews) is that Rickman accepted to play Snape after Rowling divulged Snape’s story and his destiny - which she had already in her mind - with him.
An artist, taken too soon. One of the few I would have liked to share a pint or two with.:)
Who?
10,000,000 points from gryffindor.
He was FORTY TWO YEARS OLD when he made Die Hard.
Snape, Always.
RIP Snape
Alan Rickman is not dead.
Alan Rickman is not dead.
He did passed away in 2016. You must’ve not heard about it but HE DID
@@Tomboyy9818 He is not dead. Celebrity deaths are linked to the slave trade. We're ending the slave trade.
