How to Flash the Superuser file and Get ROOT
1-Copy the "RootingSuperuser" file to the SDCARD and DON,T EXTRACT IT
2-Open the bootloader (re insert battery and hold the volume down and power together until the phone opens)
3-Click volume down to select the "RECOVERY"
4-if the phone booted normaly then see the F.A.Q in the description
5-If the recovery booted normally :) volume up goes up volume down goes down power goes back and camera select and open
6-go to "Install ZIP from SDCARD"
7-then "Choose ZIP from SDCARD"
8-then select the rootingsuperuser file u copied to the SDCARD
9-Then go and select "YES"something like that
10-Finaly everything should work and u got ROOT

Can,t unlock my boot loader (Unlock faild etc)
FIX1:try to submit the identifier tokens again in htc dev website

FIX2:try to redownload the file in your mailbox(unlock_code.bin)

FIX3:Make sure to select the correct device type gsm/cdma in
HTCDEV WEBSITE (GSM select EMEA,rogers if u have)
CDMA Select the SPRINT and make sure u are on latest update
NOTE:IF U HAVE REPLACED ANY PARTS OF YOUR PHONE
LIKE THE MOTHERBOARD UNLOCKING WILL NOT WORK

Can,t boot into recovery(it just boot normally)

fastboot flash recovery [recoveryname].img
It Must boot and this recovery is touch

put it in the adb folder u created
then in the cmd window type in
Fastoot flash recovery Recovery-twrp-shooter-1.1.1.img
then it should boot and it is touch
it is a Different recovery but it is the same select zip from sdcard then choose zip

Error 3
CMD says Could not load (image name.img)
Reason:after renaming the recovery to rec.img
it becomes rec.img.img because Some pc windows extensions is disabled
FIX1:
Google how to see File extensions
then after u see the extension in the renamed file
it will be rec.img.img just remove .img
and it will be good

FIX2:
rename the Recovery file to
rec only don,t put img
BUT in CMD type
fastboot flash recovery "Recoveryname".img
it should work

Error 4
can't flash clokworkmod or recovery - REC.img
CMD SAYS :FAILED (remote: not allowed).
Fix:make sure you don't have any other program that interferes to pc-phone connection, like pdaNet, htc sync (I think) or similar
Fix is by username: sin2384
Uninstalling htc sync is recommended but install the drivers
