Many people don’t know this, but s1mple put his entire career on the line long before he was the best CS:GO player in the world.
s1mple was born in Ukraine, a hotbed of Counter-Strike talent, and quickly rose through the local ranks as a young prodigy, earning a spot on Hellraisers in late 2014.
Unfortunately for s1mple, his incredible rise also gave him an incredible ego.
With his career on the brink, s1mple took a massive risk and moved to NA, a decision that
changed his life, and Counter-Strike as a whole, forever.

An episode on Get_Right would be dope. Not a single cs fan dislikes the guy, he IS cs. With a almost two decade long career, there is a lot of history to dig into. He is also surely down to get interviewed in-depth.
This mini doc are the best of the best of you guys thanks to revive them, I know that make this require a lot of work but god damn how awesome videos are.

@@nikolas7715 Asia may be better now but they were not better back in 2016 when s1mple joined Liquid. They had TYLOO and that was it. There were 4 solid NA teams in 2016: C9, Liquid, OpTic, and CLG.

the other reason why s1mple coming to NA was such a big deal is because this was before the Faze Clan super team era. In the early days of CS GO aside from Eastern Europe it was really rare to see teams break their nationality and sign players from other countries. I didn't know anything about s1mple but when I saw Liquid signed a kid from across the world I knew he had to be something special.

Dont compare asia to na. Na has so many orgs who are investing in them still they aren't able to perform whereas on the other hand asia doesn't have orgs who are ready to invest in eSports but the talent is immense here.
I get what you’re saying but Asia has not produced a good CS team in the entirety of CSGO. Whereas Brazil with barely any reputable orgs at the beginning came out with world contenders. Let’s just both be realistic here
