    That accessory seems great. I’ve seen many people using a sliding ball sinker but, I don’t like that.

    Do you prefer long rod for squid fishing ? I just bought a combo vanford 5000 with shimano hardrocker 8.6ft pe 2 . Would this be ok for squid fishing ?

      For me I think that setups too heavy. It’ll make you use more energy. I recommend use Pe1 with at least 15lb leader for chasing squid in rockfishing.

      100% bro. You have less chance to lose your squid jig if you snag to kelps.
