Hi, my wife and I really love the 20 min 1 dumbbell tabata workout with Ash and do it regularly. It has a warmup and diverse exercise routine. I eas excited to see this new video but was disappointed to see that although it is 30 min tabata, it is very repeatative. The exercises are the same just on repeat, once with dumbbell and once with kettlebell and then repeated again. 😕

Sometimes it's not about the repetition but the focus, the annihilation of the movement, and the intensity. Practice makes perfect as they say. You can always make the workout harder by adding weight, adding tempo, etc. Good luck.

I haven’t, I’m actually keto most of the time the past 7 years.
I'd thought the finiser would be sort of cool down ...didn't check before doing it 😂 It was GREAT. Thank you!

Start with short workout, 2 per week then gradually build to 20-30 minutes 3 times per week 🙂
