The lid for the solo stove is clutch at the end of the night when it burns down to just coals. Throw the lid on and no worries about starting a forest fire. The tongs that Solo Stove sells are also amazing for working the fire, and are absolutely worth their cost.
Man I do have to say I think I like that FSR Tent slightly more than the gazelle t4 that I have for the simple fact of the inlet vent for either a diesel heater or an AC. I run a USB ceiling fan but still. Also yes the ramen content is exactly why we all subscribed. 🤣🤣🤣
OK, it was your Grom video I stumbled upon and then subscribed. Due to the current Administration’s policies contributing to ‘fuel costs gone wild’, I’ve recently added a motorcycle to my Recreational Vehicle corral. It is an adventure hardened street legal 2023 Honda MSX125 Grom ABS, with its 165 mpg. It was acquired to use while I’m on extended dispersed camping trips out West, to leave ‘base camp’ for quick runs back to towns on errands (happy hour?) and to pickup limited supplies. Adventure hardening includes: Shinko 504 Mobber Tires, KITACO Skid Plate, Two Brothers Billet Footpegs, KIJIMA Adventure Carrier, Degner Side Bag Holder, Degner Camouflage Waterproof Side Bags, Front Motard Fender Fairing, Front Fender Mud Guard, G-Craft Headlight Guard, ProTaper SE 7/8" Handlebar, Tusk Handlebar Risers, ProTaper Pillow Top MX Grips, TUSK D-Flex Pro Handguards, Doubletake Adventure Mirrors, CRG RC2 Brake and Clutch Shorty Levers, BlueFire 5V/3A Dual USB Charger, and an Osaka Fiber Camouflage Motorcycle Cover. The stock white plastic panels have already had all those decals and stickers removed as they are prepped and will receive new paint using Raptor Bedliner, tinted a nice chocolate brown matching my Class B 4x4 conversion camper van’s full body Raptor Bedliner paint job. While traveling to new campsites, the Grom will ride on a Hydralift Mini hydraulic motorcycle lift that is mounted in the front bumper’s receiver. Fair Winds.
For a neat and easy quick meal involving ramyon, I drain a can of boned chicken or turkey, in a pan crush a Wyler’s Chicken w/Herbs and Spices bouillon cube, add the drained meat to that pan adding fresh water just to cover those contents, slowly warming (not boiling). When ramyon is prepared separately, combine to two. Yes, other veggie contents can also be added, but I mentioned quick and easy. Fair Winds.
Talon I can't believe you kept the stock bug screens on your van as the suck at keeping out bugs given on the sick upgrades you have done. We have the same revel chassis as you and ripped out the original screens and replaced them with the ROLEF screens - game changer
We've been looking for a new tent and happen to have a little camping trip planned next week. Thanks to this video we're going to roll out to the Colorado showroom and maybe pick one up. I think the floor setup will be the make or break factor for us.
FSR is a company, I don't think I have heard of before. That's a pretty cool tent, the lights are dope. I have an REI tent at the moment. It is badass, but it is work to set up. I spent a whole weekend waterproofing it, and over a week sealing the seams. lol, all that for zero big critter protection. The Stanley Base Camp kitchen gear is legit. I've beat the hell out of mine, and still going strong years later.
Those flat jacks are brilliant! What’s the payload capacity for them? My ride is a big hefty laddie. Oh wait….I guess I could use the internets to figure out that question rather than waste your time 😆
I havent tried but I believe you could as long as you have the ring. Grass in the surrounding area may get a little dry from the heat tho, so I wouldn't recommend it.
Here’s my issue, I’ve been considering a ClassB van camper, but why why would I buy a Mercedes that uses mostly diesel full at $6.00 a gallon!! Ah Nooooo
Because they have more power and torque than their gas counterparts like the promaster. As of now the 4x4 system in the sprinter is pretty unmatched as well even when compared to the awd transits.
I’m not sure how you got in my subscription list but glad you’re there. This video was a breath of fresh air to watch. Fair Winds.
The kids in the vid were awesome! I love to see people bringing their kids on the camping adventures with them.
They are some of the best kids ever!

Great stuff Talon!
Good to see the van back in action …

Sounds delicious
@@TalonSei - adding some protein to the ramyon alleviated the guilt of serving ramyon to growing children. Fair Winds.
Yup !
Solo stove you can also use a clothing washer drum works great
Nice tent and bonfire stove. Enjoyed the video, thanks.
Glad to see the solo stove back. I ended up getting one long ago based on your review, great edition for the backyard and it can be taken anywhere.
Yep, love the flat jacks too! Been using them since last years Adventure Van Expo! Keep up with the great content!
Love seeing the van again! How is there over 9k views and not even 1k likes?! Come on guys!
You tell em man 💪🏼
Nice Video as usual.., thx from Germany!
7:29 he hit us with the "damn boiiihhh" 😂

This is the first time I’ve put them in the van in about 2 years. I never use them.
great video kinda funny they are all truck camping and your in your van, why not lol the new tent is nice they put some thought into it
That FSR tent is basically the same thing as some hunting blinds. Cool to see them using the concept elsewhere. OK watching the rest.
I love my bonfire solo stove! Great for the backyard and camping. Looking to try out the cook top attachments in the future!
So jealous of the temps out there. East coast is just sweating weather day and night these days.
Looks like you are having fun. Tacos look great

Its awesome to see them all in person like that! Tell em I sent ya!
Sweet gear vid!
so nice to see the SATVan out 👍
That tent is nice
That tent looks more like a hunting blind than a tent, would be nice if they came in camo since it has much more room
But the smellivision is one of the best parts of the caveman tv! When you're burning pine at least.

They straight ripped off Gazelle tents haha!!!
dude the BIFPIB hat is dope. never seen that before.
Just released!
Love the videos
I could've swore I heard the kid in the background while y'all were eating tacos say shotgun talking about your tea lmao had me laughing so hard.
I wish I knew so many people that can cook.
Those flat jacks are brilliant! What’s the payload capacity for them? My ride is a big hefty laddie.

Gazelle tent is the king of king!!! FSR looks like a wish version 😂😂😂😂.
FSR is 695! a T8 is 579!; Love my T8.
Nice 👍🏾
Someone finally heats up a tortilla for the tacos on this channel. 😂😂😂
Lol you fsr is just a icefishing hut I have 2 of them Otter and Eskimo check them out
The intro brought up a question:
Do you play music around the camp fire, or do you enjoy the quiet?
(tent math: divide by 2)
Little bit of both. depends on the mood haha
How much radiant heat does the solo stove put off? I’ve heard that if you aren’t above it then there is very little heat
There’s a little but not as much as something that is open on the side. For 32°+ nights the solo stove is plenty tho
can you safely place the solo on top of grass?
I havent tried but I believe you could as long as you have the ring. Grass in the surrounding area may get a little dry from the heat tho, so I wouldn't recommend it.

How do I get me one of them SEI pontoon hats? 👌
Hit the website before they are gone www.seiproductions.com
Looks like a hot tent, no floor? Lame
Has a floor. Talked about it showed the package and where it is placed inside.
Ugliest tent I've ever saw..
So much good stuff in this video! And then there are the Twistys… 🫠
