    As you say experience is invaluable! I microwave the roti for 3 mins on the paper and this firms it up and you can then transfer to a grill or Tava to finish off and brown up. Otherwise everything is as you say. Great for diabetics!

    The problem with almond flour is there are is one gram of sugar per 3 tbsp of almond flour. How can that be keto?
