ive been running everyday, and doing this exercise for 6 months now, and i am in great shape :D never give up on this and you will be happy with yourself and feel great. i applaud to everyone who actually made it to lvl 3
Finally a workout I can suffer happily with. After doing level 2 every day for a month, the results started showing, but because I wanted them fast, I started this. I was not disappointed. I felt real, but pleasant pain. I'm almost there, just need like 3 weeks of this, and I'll have the 6-pack that I always wanted. Thanks and good luck to everyone else.
That is exactly what you shouldn t do if you want improvments and results you should have a planned flow of the levels of exercice. Every program has its specific plan when and for what period of time to be done. Level 2 was Hard at the start to but sl9wly you im0roved. The same you have do here if there a need for rest between the exercises-do it and every Day try to push yourself a little more and you will see that in a point 9f time you will not even bother thinkig of the hardness and how you want to be back to where you were because its easier, you got it!
This has become very easy to me - I'm doing this mixed with other exercises and I do 3-4 exercises/abs group instead of only 2. I have been doing this for half a year every other day - yes my abs do show - it took me a year starting with lvl 1 and 2 but it worked!
If you've been doing level 2 for a while, and you decide to try level 3, be aware, that you should start with 30 reps instead of 50.. it would be like level 2.5, because the jump from level 2 to level 3 is really tough.

@darthSzczesny I started with level 3 this summer, while I was running every day. Im not running for 3 months now. Back then I had no problem with lvl 3, and now my legs are killing me :) You need cardio (running), or maybe squats!
got results after working 5 days / week , i do only 4 exercices , 1 2 and 5 6 and a combine them with other 3 exercices that i used to do it's much better ;)
Dear all, My roommate and I are practising this. These excercise really cool. We go to the gym together and comparing with the guys at gym. Our abs look cooler despite that we only train our abs 12:30 min/ day while the dudes at gym have to train 30 min/day. In the beggining, the double twist killing us. But now it ok to finish whole god-damn-but-good excercise. I think it has impact on the uppper legs because my legs look like it had been train although I do not work out with my legs
hey! thanks for your answer! i'm not workin out on a hard surface i've got a mat ;) i'll try it with stretching and hope it will be gone sooner or later...it hurts even when i'm not exercising but moving my neck up and down :/
If you've followed the program exactly how it says all the way from level 1 and 2 it isn't so hard...I can't say it's not hard at all but its at least 3 times easier...keep working guys, it really helped me with abs :D
It took me 1 week and a half with the level 3 for my muscles to accept the exercises. 2day I did them as accurate as possible non stop till the end. Hope this helps :)
yeah i have now 6packs i didnt have a muscle in my stomach but i was in great shape btw my younger brother was training with me around 6weeks now we have both 6packs. i did lvl 1 (1)week lvl 2 (2)weeks and lvl 3(3+) weeks and still training. Good luck for 6pack. NO PAIN NO GAIN!
I think that too! Level 2 gives more visible results in the abdominal muscles on the side where the level 3 gives more visible results in the lower abdominal muscles.
Take a 1 or 2 minutes more recovery time before those exercises. The last one i was doing in this order. 30 reps, then 5 reps i was resting, then kept going 10 more, rest and 10 more. -After 2 weeks now i do not need rest. Good Luck. Cheers.
For all you people who say this doesn't work, I started doing level one 3 months ago, then level 2 and now 3 and in super lazy, so I work my abs out maybe once a week, don't listen to what other people say, dont do it every day, just make sure when you do it, do it all without quiting, and keep a good diet, I went from a flat muscle less stomach to having an 8 pack and a sculpted v and im only 15.
what you do is when doing the vertical leg crunches, dont let your feet hit the ground on the way down. Keep it a little off the ground and go up again. you'll feel the burn in the abs. cheers!

I completed level 2, after 2 weeks and later i tryied level 3, but after training i had a backache (in lower and chest parts) so i got back to the level 2 now level 2 is too easy for me, but i still feel pain after completing level 3 Should i practice my back or just excercising more at level 2?

I was only Doing sit-ups and oblique side ups before level 1. Then I did level 1 for my first day and jumped up to level 3 the second day because I am able to do it so I am just going to keep doing level 3 every day

I did it for the first time! I did lvl 1 for 2 weeks and lvl 2 for another 2 weeks every other day. This was goood. Will keep doing this!

This is a huuuuge step up from level 2. 1 and 2 got easy after a few days but I can't see myself ever being able to manage this!

I definitely agree with you. Maybe they should add some new exercises like leg raises for example.

When ever u cant go on, rest for 2-3 secs and keep going.. It helps a lot for strength
what should i use as a substitute for the dumbell?
Jonny Caprio Find something easy to hold, or buy dumbell's. Dumbell's are good because when your whole body is fit then ABS looks even better :)
get a 2l bottle of water that's easy to hold. It's good because you can just add more or less water depending on what you can handle.
I would love it if level 4 concentrates on lower abs!!! :)
