    (1) PÂTE SUCRÉE (7cm / 5 molds)
    -Ingredients
    cake flour 88g
    almond powder 10g
    salt 2g
    sugar 35g
    a pinch of vanilla bean powder
    unsalted butter 50g
    egg 20g
    -Recipe
    1. Mix in a food processor bowl with flour, sugar, almond powder, salt, and vanilla bean powder.
    2. Add butter to the flour and mix.
    3. Add egg water and lump together.
    4. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
    5. Push the dough into 3mm thick and place into a 7cm mold for 30mins Refrigerate.
    6. Bake in a 180℃ / 356℉ preheated oven for 15 mins and cooled completely.
    -Ingredients
    (2) Marmalade tarte
    chopped white chocolate 20g
    unsalted butter 10g
    marmalade 500g
    About 10 mint leaves
    -Recipe
    1. Melt chopped white chocolate with unsalted butter at room temperature.
    2. Coat the cooled tarte with melted white chocolate.
    3. Wash mint leaves in cold water to remove moisture.
    4. Chop the wet mint leaves.
    5. Mix marmalade and chopped mint leaves in a bowl.
    6. Fill the tarte mold with marmalade+mint.
    7. The finished tarte is eaten immediately or refrigerated.
