underrated channel production-wise. you make the best demo tracks. you could definitely expand your format to talk about music and production generally
Holy shiyat. That in-the-mix track is me driving down a summer’s evening with the top down. I wish I didn’t just discover this because I would’ve definitely gotten the pedal on the strength of that track alone.
@@DemosInTheDark And I may have missed it, yet again, due to the time difference. Btw, what records should I check out for the kind of vibes that you write and record for this channel? Or perhaps to focus that question- what are your say Top 3 favourite bands that come to mind when you were writing this?
@@DemosInTheDark I've just gone through the whole playlist and it is a thing of beauty. I'd like to think we share a lot of the same vibes/sounds. Thanks for the share, Ryan.
The way the light catches the checking on the OH20 is so beautiful, it almost makes me wonder how the OH19 is actually the perfect guitar (it is). Oh, and cool fuzz.
The Isle of Tone products are awesome! They are also clones, which this one is, too. So they should sound similar since the Haze 67 fuzz is a clone of the Mk1.5 Tone Bender which is nearly the same as a Fuzz Face, which this one is.
@@maxmunzert9725 The enclosures we use are likely the same as the ones that Isle of Tone sources. They are made by a company in the UK called GapCo and are clones of the original Rotosound Enclosures from the 60s. You can buy them, too! They come pre-milled which is why they knob and other hardware orientation are the same. Also, if you look inside, we don't copy the vintage style of construction. We use a custom PCB/turret hybrid that we designed and use in a lot of our higher-end stuff. Cheers!

Underrated channel, full stop.
Fantastic demo track near the top there. Love the 70s / 80s sax-style motif. Chapeau sir.
That intro track, so good!

That fuzz sounds like a very good tool to work on some Neo Soul music. Uncanny but awesome.
Hi Ryan, the pedal produces sounds very similar to the "Isle of Tone" vintage fuzz pedals. Always good intro's and demo's.
never tried his stuff! looks cool though!
came to say that it looks E x a c t l y like the isl of tone stuff
