LMAOOOOO
Just watching them playing, it gives me anxiety. 🤣😅😂
Hitting someone in the neck with that Chinese stuff....what does that mean?
It was the opposite of signal.
@@rock-ym3uf She means the bamboo from the song Under the Bamboo Tree.
The Robert Wood painting above the fireplace brings back memories of family time when I was a child.
When I was a kid, I remember fighting sleep until 10pm, waiting to watch this show. ❤
Amazing. Absolutely amazing. Four of the best comic actors in TV history.
As someone who is in his mid twenties, These shows were something I would watch on antenna tv or alike station with my mother as a kid. Now that she's passed on, I definitely feel at home rewatching Carol or All in the family, the Jeffersons etc.. definitely going to show my future kids these shows too 😊
Nothing funnier than the family. Love these.
Hello Lucy
How are you doing?
I love how Eunice takes games so seriously!
It's the only thing she's got going in life. On top of her being hilarious she's extremely tragic. I don't know how to feel about her, but it's a genius character.
The episode where they play Monopoly is so funny
@@andrearobinson2512 That's for sure. I need to watch that episode today!!!!!!!!!!!!
@@110654GREAT 😹 I did a little research on the writers of the family sketch. And sure enough one of the writers is from Missouri. I knew whoever wrote it had to have grown up in an environment similar to Raytown. Because it's too spot-on for someone to just come up with off the top of their head. Absolutely brilliant
@@andrearobinson2512 Great! You're so smart to have picked up on that. It makes total sense bec. some big city writer wouldn't have it all so spot on.
I love how Mickey talks to Mama Harper. He talks to her like she's deaf.
She tends to smirk when he does that
Yeah. And she's not very happy about that. Lol.
My parents used to dress me like Hart I noticed .short sleeve shirt sweater vest and baseball cap...even the same pattern on the shirt .
@@ericrivera8410 🤣🤣🤣
This show makes me miss my grandma, and all the fun my family had at her home. Thank you, Carol Burnett, for placing value on family... even when your own childhood was so difficult. You're a class act, my lady!! 😁💕💯
Hello Rachel
How are you doing today?
I freaking love Carol Burnett 🤣🤣😂🤣
Mama’s family was the best! 😂😂😂
I always wanted to be on stage with them..as a teen I sent a letter to Vicki Lawrence told her mama looked just like my grandma and I wanted to be an actor ..they mailed me back a photostill of Vicky and the words good luck..I taped it on my wall then my aunt told he about a bit part paying 300 cash..I got the job playing a concentration camp victim and I only had five German words to say.. we didn't have googled translate then but I recently found out it meant we breathe deeply in fear..I went on to do some modeling shoots after that..I. kinda understand Eunice wanting to be an actress .I felt her pain during the gong show sketch.
I never once saw Vicki Lawrence break character and bust up laughing in any of their skits. She may have done, but I only saw Tim, Carol and Harvey do that. Still, it was always funny as hell any time they did.
HERE is The Savior
YaH The Heavenly FATHER HIMSELF was Who they Crucified for our sins, NOT jesus, and “HERE IS THE PROOF”
From the Ancient Semitic Scroll:
"Yad He Vav He" is what Moses wrote, when Moses asked YaH His Name (Exodus 3)
Ancient Semitic Direct Translation
Yad - "Behold The Hand"
He - "Behold the Breath"
Vav - "Behold The NAIL"
What was great about this show and others back then is it was all live, unlike shows today.
I notice she holds in a smirk when Micky talks like she's the deaf one
@@Praise___YaH When can we start shooting, these people 🔫🏹??? We need, a 'Purge'!!!
@@richardyoung9024 The Carol Burnett show was taped before a liive audience.
The Family was my favorite part of the show. That and the old movie take offs.
That one was funny. I was a teenager when this one came out. So long ago!! Lol!! Another legend, The Carol Burnett Show. We would watch as a family when it came on. The next generation will never know shows like this. So sad. Good tv.
Thanks for the memories Carol and Co!!!
This gem is my favorite family sketch that they made. Poor Eunice should know better than to try and get a fun game going with these people. Thanks so much for sharing this video. There's a lot of comedy TV stuff that I enjoy, but the Eunice sketches are absolutely top drawer entertainment for me. The writing, the acting, the timing-- it's impeccable stuff, and a complete original.
Always come away from these skits feeling so sorry for Eunice!!
@@bioscorp6178 Completely! The poor thing just wants to have a bit of fun, to temporarily forget the doldrums.
@@bioscorp6178 as a frustrated actor I felt her pain during the gong show skit
The part where Ed figured out 'The Scarlet Pimpernel' was funny! lol
I laughed so so hard when Ed said "The Scarlet Pimpernel"!!!
That look on her face.
@@suegardner9907
Yeah. That was hilarious. Ed goes: SCARLETT PIMPERNILL. 😆 🤣 😂.
I just love it when mama freaks out and yells out: I dont kniow what the HELL is going on! and AAAAWL RAAAAAT!!!
They were magical at creating tension. Simply the Best! I can't believe no one had a stroke while recording these.
They filmed it twice a big portion of it was ad libbed as well
Carol Burnett Show was epic television 📺! Thanks for the video my friend, good stuff. 👍 👍
They never get old, clean humor!
Not really mama was racist , Ed was homophobic and it's about a family of alcoholics...still funny
Show this at the Oscars so they know what true comedy is.
I agree!
and stop further cinema and tv productions - brain polluters!

Why, I think that's a deplorable idea.
Oh good one!!!!! Those no talents of today. Iiiiicccckkkk!
I was just like Eunice with games when I was a kid, with all the rules and everything...then a temper tantrum when I lost lol
if i ever play charades i'm totally using "supplemental hardware guide"
What about "Wait 'til the Sun Shines Belly!"
Hysterical!…Classic TV at it’s all time best….Enjoyed it 30+yrs ago….N enjoy it present day!!!!
This show and Mama's Family are very hilarious.😆😂😃🤣

Their games and conversations are so intense! I’m transported into their world!
