    Where can one get the kefir grains . And is it pre boiled milk or just fresh whole milk you added to the kefir grains to continue feeding after the fermentation process?

    You are the first one I have seen to say the milk had to be preboiled and then cooled. Never heard of anyone else doing that. What is the purpose?

      I prefer it done like that, we cannot have milk any other way, in this channel I share things how I do them in my home.
      Everything comes out perfectly okay.
