Nice table, well I think the video is very informative I think that it is besmirching the original table a little bit. Installing the original work platform only takes about a minute and yes it is a little bit of a hassle but it does work. The new table looks like an easier install but probably not as robust when doing large items because of the single anchor point versus four anchor points with the original table. The benefit of the new table and it's built-in edge guides is a very interesting thing which may add a level of versatility to the table system. But as you mentioned in the video the dropdown edge guide works perfectly well. Well I think the new table is an interesting thing I probably wouldn't invest in it considering I already have the original table. Now it's an Apple's to apples comparison how much does it cost to buy the new metal table or the original table and if buying for the first time one of them being cheaper that would help the decision factor.
