I had been doing group fitness classes regularly until the pandemic, and have been doing daily RUclips videos since then. I just found you a few weeks ago, and I love your videos. I appreciate how you REALLY work a body part, I think I’ve done more tricep and shoulder work in just three of your videos than I’ve done in the past year. Looking forward to my results!
Loved this! It's harder to find workouts like I would've actually done on my own when I had gym access - sets and reps, rather than HIITs. Keep making these, love using weights!
