After many years in a cramped store, towers of trays and boxes...low ceilings, duct work, numerous obstacles and stairs which can only be described as a hazard in the work place, Terry trips on level floors with virtually nothing in her path while her loving son makes no move to either break her fall or help her up after the wall stopped her momentum.

On the bright side, Hercules Candies is now decorated and has that personal touch only Terry could provide.
P.S. Terry’s decorating services are now available for private homes and businesses alike for the low low price of an emergency room visit...unless you want something more deluxe, which involves scissors and a trip to the ICU.

I am dutch so I can only talk about what I know. And the walls in other countries are not really the issue here. Just used the comparison between hollow and solid walls. Nor did I ever claim it to be just a dutch thing. 😁
They're stud walls simply to divide the space, they aren't structural supports so concrete/stone isn't necessary

I must say I was horrified to see the guys laughing so much at Terry's Tumble though it was lovely to see the concern on Steve's face. The scene in the office watching it on security cam made up for it as it was hilarious, even for Terry.

I'm so thankful Terry that you weren't badly hurt, but as hard as you hit the wall you may have caused a subluxation in your neck, back n shoulder. It would be a good idea to see a chiropractor if you still feel pain because if your neck vertebrae get misaligned they can cause serious nerve problems later throughout the rest of you body. I love my chiropractor, they can work miracles. We got our peanut brittle order and it was great. I'm an artist and I've been wanting to draw something for you and you family to put in your store or home, trying to decide what to create. Glad your mom is ok, but I'm sorry to say, I did have a good laugh when she played the security feed of it. Please be careful, though.. my mom was just walking and tripped over one of those rugs. Head first into a locked glass door, like the kind you have, and cracked her neck in two places and messed up her back.. So be careful. I'm glad she didn't have her scissors this time. 💗💗💗

Your shipping system really needs optimizing. If you can I would suggest integrating your websites back end with your couriers so order labels are automatically generated, then all you have to do when you get an order is pack it, enter in the weight online then stick on all your labels.
It actually is integrated - I just have to enter the weight and box dimensions :-)
