Here's a slightly more detailed explanation of how to build a resistance band bar using the ChainBeast and rtHooks. There really isn't much more to it. But if you have additional questions or would like to see addition upgrade options like adding rotation to the bar with RoarTators, visit ChainBeast.com.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. Thank you for your question. I developed these F2 rtHooks and that patent to them, so you won't find them anywhere else. As of right now, I'm only making them available on eBay and my site: F2TrainingSystem.com

Hi, thank you. I ordered it online separately. There are a lot of vendors that sell them if you search on "XL Resistance bands"

Dont see the point in building something myself. They are professionals who designed high quality devices especially for that purpose. It's worth the extra costs for the pleasure of using such magnificent engineering.

Thanks for your question. The short answer is, because this is not for everyone. Intentionally.
There are people who will tear apart a perfectly good engine block just to rebuild it. Some will build computers from scratch, even when commercial ones 100 times faster are available off the shelf. Others paint pictures instead of purchasing from NY auction galleries . Ironically, this is also akin to Bruce Lee's complete philosophy on Be Like Water.
“Be like water making its way through cracks. ...Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. ...Be water, my friend.”
The F2 Training System gives people the opportunity to think like water instead of being rigid and constrained, forced to follow masses with flashy, commercial cookie cutter products. IMO, most fitness companies just keep putting lipstick on a pig and telling people they have amazing products. In reality, they no longer innovate because it's not "profitable" since the majority of the population isn't innovative, i.e. they want Big Box.
However, for those select few, they know that innovation never comes from "a product"; it comes from the signature they're able to put on the product. This is also why you'll see so many other companies attempt to copy or duplicate my product ideas, but they don't understand the real inspiration behind the design.
It's a long answer, but it's the difference between asking a RUclips product Reviewer about fitness equipment and asking the actual product Inventor of the product.
      Hope this helps.
      Cheers
