    Awesome breakdown as usual. I've told some people in my comment section that this video was coming from you who are looking for more details on this. You're making me jealous that my Force bar was a lemon and couldn't get more than 3 consecutive workouts out of it. I'd love to test the progression with it. Also great that you're putting it through the ropes exclusively for your training.

    The squat belt looks really interesting - given the amount of injuries youve suffered, spinal fusion, etc im interested in seeing how youd get on with it. Keep up the great work 💙

    Great review as always. I hope i don't sound negative when saying this, but i can't see the benefit of the x3 force bar because, for instance you lift the medium grey band for deadlifts or any other exercise you'll pretty much get the same reading if you use the same grey band on that given exercise, it can't change unless you add a heavier band strength and once you get the number for that heavier band on each exercise, it stays the same. To me it's just the number of the reps and the pace at which your doing the exercise that changes the quantifiable difference with power bands, once you know the amount of weight you lifting for that band, that's it, write it down and that's your reference .Just my opinion.

      You don’t sound negative at all and make some great points.
      I’m still not sure how the technology works in comparison to, say, the Isochain and Isomax. It’s interesting, but not sure how accurate.

    I am not interested in muscle growth. I am more important in strength growth. So I am wondering if you will experience that in 2-3 months time. I have the old system, was lazy, but now I am on it. Must say that I am getting very exhausted with 3-4 different exercises. Still need to do legs, I dread legs, don't want to fall over, don't want to lose my stands. Will work an that.

    That's a great one since I'm not going to live closer to the gym in the future and I also own a Maxpro mobile workout with a bench and it's great. I'm also thinking about owning a X3 Force since I like the set up on it too.

    I loved the x3bar for deadlifts, but it sucked for anything other than that. The rows felt very uncomfortable, the chest press felt like I was always working my triceps. Maybe I’m too weak for it lol

    Great video and thanks for demonstrating this! A couple of things on my mind are, how comes it's not available in the UK yet? I've messaged The X3 Bar website this question today and hoping they reply soon, and secondly, watching your video it doesn't seem to count sets? I think that's a shame as been following the old X3 workout for a few years now and I find throwing in an extra set or two beneficial sometimes, have I missed this data? if it only counts 1 set hopefully they'll fix this in an update.

    Really great review, you showcased the app better than anyone else I’ve seen. I’ll definitely be getting this, I love having all the data. The only thing I’d add is that the heels of your feet are supposed to hang off the board during calf raises. The form you used in the video was correct.
    Also, your tv setup is great. What’s the brand of that tv stand on wheels?

    • @StevieRichardsFitness

      Thanks for watching and your comment.
      The tv is a smart board where I can annotate on the screen. It’s the Vibe Board S1 and includes the wheeled stand.

      You should check out the Synapse CCR, it has a different learning curve but is so efficient, you can do 1x a week workouts.

    Hey Stevie, love the review but gotta ask, how'd you get the X3 Force bar app on the big screen? What adapter did you use? I would love to throw the app on my 65" screen while working out. TIA

    Is it only calibrated for the X3 platform? So it you did use a different platform would it still be accurate?

    • @StevieRichardsFitness
      @StevieRichardsFitness  3 месяца назад +1

      I’m not sure. My assumption is the platform doesn’t come into play. All the data originates from the bar.

    Hi one last question, if you decide not to subscribe to the app, will the app have any basic features to use with force bar ?

    • @StevieRichardsFitness
      @StevieRichardsFitness  4 месяца назад +2

      Yes you can see the data for each exercise and the workout. However, you cannot save the data.
      I’d screenshot your data to track progress to avoid paying for the app.

    I used to be on the X3 group before I got banned. From what I recall this app to use the force bar is 14.99 per month. What does max force mean. What do the numbers mean. To me this was a useless overpriced gadget.

    • @StevieRichardsFitness
      @StevieRichardsFitness  4 месяца назад +1

      I’m trying to get clarification on how the data is measured.
      Yes. the app now has a required subscription. I completely disagree with that, especially when you pay the price for the Force Bar.

    • @terrysilver3384
      @terrysilver3384 4 месяца назад

      @@StevieRichardsFitness Good luck finding that out. I wouldn’t believe the answer. That’s just me though.

    • @mreverybody1150
      @mreverybody1150 2 месяца назад

      14.99 per month sounds like greed to me, no way I'd ever encourage something like that. I train with a Synapse CCR and occasionally use a Crane scale with Max Hold function to get some idea of progress.
