I rode this lovely bike and the Himalayan just three days ago and was very fortunate to be riding in the north Wales Hills UK… brilliant testing ground for getting to know an unfamiliar motorcycle…. So the Himalayan was great it was more power but sort of happy around 30 to 50 and not wanting to pull you at long faster than you want to go and it was excellent over extremely pothole roads which we have absolutely many here these days….. I really felt that bike was really good and it was in my mind too. Use it to go up country to Scotland so comfortable on the main roads to get to all the little lanes and country tracks….. then I threw my leg over the shotgun and instantly fell in love with that twin…. Wherever I pointed it, it just went and the biggest surprise of all was even if the bend was bumpy it never twitched or changed line…. my only criticism to be honest are two things one is that if you’re at a reasonable speed 40 to 60 and there was a dip in the road or a shallow pothole it would make you thump into your seat and it was quite hard thump feeling it through the entire, spine to be honest and then there is the range. It’s tiny with its smaller tank….. don’t get me wrong I’ve dreamt about it 24 seven since….. And the Himi, from a practical point of view it is the most perfect bike doesn’t make me want to run fast and has a huge tank range and a whole lot of lower costs to run…… both of them gave me great big fat smiles and absolute giggles of enjoyment…. Thank you for your review loved it. You’ve got great spirit buddy.
Awesome and thanks for there kind words! You sound like you have ideal riding situations for both bikes! I love my Himi...but I actually went with the Super Meteor 650. They are both really good bikes!
All kidding aside. These bikes seem to be pretty cool. I have been watching all the videos on the new 450 out. Pretty impressed.I currently have a Pan and a livewire one.
@@redsenna3997 Funny you should ask… The Super Meteor even factoring the $1000 difference. I made a video comparing them: ruclips.net/video/VduaW8Xfu2M/видео.htmlsi=d5KVuTqVIsDsNOqB
