I am SO happy. It used to be a bit difficult for me to do exercises for the hamstrings due to my left kneecap, it was an annoying feeling, like my kneecap was moving during the entire routine. Now it's getting better. Thanks, Linda.

Another killer workout! I love your bums and tums workouts and this one is the absolute best! I know why you were sore the next day lol. That last glute section was pretty brutal in particular. I love these intense combinations!! Thank you again : )
I agree! Moving the legs out was brutal. I was so glad there were only 8 reps. I was thinking please not 12 or 20 reps haha! Have a lovely weekend too with your sweet Mini. I've missed seeing her : )
Mini's funny. She likes being in the segments that I film near the sofa, but isn't keen on the ones I film the other way. She never really sits on that beige carpet. She is very particular about textures and when she is in there she will literally walk the perimeter of the carpet, but won't walk on it. So weird! I will try filming a series the other side soon so she is in more videos! 😊
Haha! Cats are very particular. My bird is very much like a cat and he will only stay in one half of the living room and one half of the kitchen. He won't fly or hang out anywhere else. Gotta love our crazy animals : )

Linda you are such an excellent teacher. I've been doing lots of your RUclips workouts and really feeling the benefit. But this one was too hard for me. At times it was unpleasant, and I felt I was failing. Maybe you could warn people about the hard level, or provide more modifications to keep the lower achievers with you? Just some feedback because I really really appreciate your workouts. Thank you!
Thanks for your feedback. I usually do give modifications, but with any of my loop workouts the best thing to do is to take off the loop and continue without it if it gets too much. I have a few coffee talks where I talk about building up slowly. I also have beginners videos with the word 'beginner' in the title. They are Barlates beginners level, so easier than my other workouts, but still a great workout overall. Perhaps you can start with my beginner loop series and work your way up to this one. 😊

Any advise or recommendations for upper lumbar / thoratic scoliosis would be appreciated. I adore your workouts and teaching style. After 3 months 3 to 4 times a week of your various long and loop band workouts, I already see drastic changes in my body! 7 months after giving birth and I'm ready for my 👙. I owe it to u!!!

I believe that with lumbar scoliosis it is the lower back you need to strengthen the most. Have you tried any of my focused back workouts? if you have ankle weights you can try alternating with the Ankle Weights abs workouts too :)
