- The Yatai specializing in selling a cup of coffee.
The coffee was developed by the owner.
Also, he likes drinking himself, so the drink menu is a variety.
The most different part in his Yatai compared to others is the shape of the store.
His Yatai is completely kind of a house.
He builds the house in 2 hours every single day.

Everything about this just amaze me, from the ingenious engineering of his Yatai and the fact that government setup these spots to provide electricity and waters is also amazing.
Yeah, the provisions by the government are what shook me the most
Same that is so amazing
And if the government got out of the way and restricted less, more individuals such as this could afford to operate freely.
@@samharkin9981 yeah sadly a lotta countries have very stupid laws stopping and discouraging street vendors like this from being a thing
to be fair I don't see how this would fly in places like America. Too much crime and homeless people would just swipe things
After two hours of assembling that, i'd be ready to call it a day and go home for a nap.
how do you survive your normal job
@@346Yoman That's a lot of work just to assemble the shop everyday. Not to mention, he has to disassemble and then do cleaning/maintenance of his shop and equipment.
@@Jellyfishhie thats the part and parcel of business man especially a solo business
😂
The planning that went into engineering the Yatai is insane. He uses quality wood. His equipment and supplies are top of the line. Respect!
I noticed the same thing. Some other Yatai seem to have used random things to make it work, but this one was carefully designed with a purpose. I say nothing bad about other Yatai, everyone needs and abilities are different and the others are lovely for their own reasons.
@@bl6628 almost all the yatai places purposely use hand me down stalls from their parents or grandparents for generations to keep the tradition of the family, but it’s a different story for start up Yatai places ofc
i feel you! this has to be by far the sleekest and most high end yakai i have seen to this point. it doesnt have the nostalgic, anachronistic charm of the traditional, makeshift, naturally grown ones, but an entirely different flavour, i cant deny liking.
Nicest one for sure but real question is - if its good for something other than more work every day....i wouldnt like to build this every day for few hours of work ....that second guy was late and had all done and ready before he finished a roof ....
So much pride in his job. What an inspiring person.
Plus his yatai is much better looking than some actual places bar I’ve been to
I would be tired just assembling that store and tired just watching him do it.
@@vl2852 theres this thing called a treadmill you should use one
@@vl2852 same, gotta wonder if there's a way to make it more efficient. He's graying up, so it's probably not getting easier for him.
Takes a special person to own and operate a yatai. Wish he and all the others keeping this tradition alive nothing but success and happiness
Admirable patience to assemble. Ingenious. Wonder about the cost of the stall. Such business deserves to be successful. Ganbatte!
True, This is truly amazingly well done!
Everything goes together so well like legos. The time and money spent to craft this Yatai pays off with easy set up and a very nice "building" to stop off in.
Cost about ¥500.000 - ¥800.000
Another amazing example of packaging and construction. I would hope he’d find a place one day where he could leave his yatai up and not go thru that two hour setup and probably two hour tear down every night. That’s got to be brutal in the freezing cold or high heat
Especially in rainy days, that even could mean 0 customers at all
All I can think whether the profit is worth enough for the hard work, but I can't say otherwise because most of them are driven by their passions....
The fun on yatai is when you fold and build it everytime its not yatai if its stand fixed somewhere😃✌🏻
@@annashoptillidrop maybe fun for other people but I don’t think it would fun for the guy that has to spend 4 hours putting it up and taking it down everyday.
@@rachelcookie321 I could probably set things up like this once a week and be alright with that if it was my job/business, but every day would be a no.
The speed of building with prefab materials is not new. But the fact that he do this everytime and furthermore keeping it clean are what wow me. Even the floorings are better than most indoors here. I could sleep on it 🙃
huge respect to the guy who do this all day.i love how humble and hardworking he is on doing his job. the cameraman is very good at recording the video as well! very good video!
I admire anyone who is that committed to their craft. Not easy work but you can tell he has a lot of passion for what he does as he is so meticulous with the details. Everything has a purpose.
i would buy there everyday just because of his effort, thats amazing.
One thing I've noticed from these Japanese food channels is that they are so meticulous in every aspect of their jobs. Awe inspiring! Greetings from Germany!👍
The patience to do this everyday must have come from passion and discipline. This man probably doesn’t do this just for the money.
beautiful. the Japanese always put wonderful craftsmanship, engineering and art into everything they do.
A beautiful yatai.....the chairs too.....
Just like a Lego.
The owner is quite stylish as well.....
I am sure the experience of having coffee there will be great.
Classy little place you two put together. I really love the little restaurants I’ve seen built in Japan. So different from the food trucks I’m use to seeing. A lot of work to put it together everyday. But well worth the result, I think
Yatai. One of the best cultural experiences you’ll have in Japan. You really get to meet some interesting people.
The meticulous attention to detail, and the self-discipline required to implement his vision is amazing. All of the equipment seems new, though I'm sure it isn't. How much work he must do to keep everything looking so pristine (and cool). What a life lesson for those who just want everything to fall into their lap. Where's the joy in that?
He does this every single day, Wow this must be exhausting, but he still does it and I bet with a lot of love. I love his setup, I wonder if he designed it himself. It's really beautiful. ❤❤❤
Love the humble simple life of the japanese. Such a treat to watch. 💪👍
The wonders of pre fab construction never stops amazing me. But to do this everyday before and after business hours, it takes passion and belief!
I cannot express how impressed i am by the entire thing. It is very upscale for its' size and it's an engineering marvel. I love it.
This is incredible. The amount of hardwork that goes in and the details is amazing. It's inspiring. Hope you have the best year ahead.
When you found your passion,no matter how hard and how long it takes you gonna do it regardless any circumstances...
Love the yatai,look so cool!
This is incredibly amazing. It is built to every details. Look at the painting and scale model of the stall, sound system. Only a person who appreciates quality and a drink place like him will do this. He made me speechless.
Impressive work. It's like assembling a giant LEGO knowing by heart where each piece goes. It deserves respect and admiration. Was he the one who created and manufactured? It is also commendable that the city has water and electricity points in the places where merchants set up their workplaces.
I can see the neighbor setup their stall faster, but he wins the overall design. I believe in the long run, he should find a way to assemble his stall more time efficient. Kudos to the stall owner 👍🏼
Watched the whole thing without blinking twice! It was so worth it! Amazing skill and dedication!
Wow I would be so proud to set that up for 2 hours everyday. This gave me so much inspiration to have something I call my own just like him one day 😖
I already know that Japanese culture is always interesting, and this one really impressed me, especially when he changed his clothes, see how dedicated he is, really impressive.
Always makes me motivated to see these video. The Japanese never fail to impress me. I would definitely go to these places one day! ♥
I love the diginity and the love for every detail the Japanese express in their work. Japan is really a must-visit destination for gourmets.
The traditions of old Japan continue to serve them well I hope they never lose it.
It's Great to see this guy put together his very own work stall/station!! The amount of time it takes him daily to get this set-up is truly Remarkable!! He definitely has a lot of care and passion!! I would certainly love to try the coffee ☕ it looks delicious!! I do wish him much success and happiness in his business!!🙏🏽❤🙏🏽
I'm falling in love with all these cozy serene Japanese small businesses.
Now he already have a real stall in Kyoto.. Great successor!!!! full of respect admired!!!
I was amazed from the beginning until the end. I did not even realized that i’ve reached the end. The concept of this is quite convenient and really good. Its like one of those trendy and modern cafe but you would not expect that it can be set up in just a couple of hours. And i really would love to try that coffee! Wish I could be there and taste that!
I've been watching a few of these and the set up gets better and better everytime. This looks so modern and the effort to build it and take it down every night is astounding. Beautiful set up
Each Yatai is like a different experience and you can tell this guy understands that. Probably attracts sophisticated customers.
I love everything about this. The engineering the hard work ethic and pride and put into his set up. When he puts on the chefs coat cleans up before serving. I have nothing but respect and the drinks look amazing!!

omg, i love this little house, it feels heart warming and well designed.
I'm always amazed by how they can just pack everything and be so organised
I thought it was a ramen stall at first (didn't read the desc). The assembly day in day out is both interesting and exhausting.
But then again, the ambience and feel of the stall is part of what you buy
This just reeks of engineering and I love it!
I've been wanting to create a shed/workshop almost exactly like this and have been thinking about the engineering for months. Thanks for the inspiration!
Love to see a person who has a lot of passion for its work and enjoys it every day - despite the age. I hope that he stays healthy and can do this for a long long time.
This is the most modern yatai I"ve seen. Very neat😍
what a sweet stall:) I'd like to visit the place when I go to Japan!!
This is Incredible. Wonderful Yatai. Incredibly satisfying to watch it come together then see the quality he puts into his service. I would love to visit.
This is the finest I've seen so far, love the woodwork and engineering.
This is easily the best-looking yatai I've seen on RUclips. The other outfits are rolling junkyards in comparison.
Wow! This is the most modern architecturally Yatai I have seen so far! Very neatly done, like a puzzle that you just need to fit in together, really amazing!
This man is simply not messing around. If you walk passed his stand, you’re stopping at least to look. He makes it impossible not to
That has to be one of the most professional street vendors I have ever seen. Very efficient too. I doubt I would be drinking gin, early in the morning, with coffee and pastries. But, I've never tried it either. Maybe there is something to it.
From the looks of it I believe these places only open at night
Watching this kind of store set up is like looking at a origami unfold. Everytime is so fascinating
Amazing all the details of his tiny structure. How it all fits like a puzzle. Looks good too. All that work to set it all up! Such patience. Tenacity.

The music, the space, the smells… this place is a vibe.
I absolutely love the engineering and artistic beverage stand! I hope that you get blessed with your business and that it continues to grow.
The electricity and water are free? Wooow! But even if its not free the fact that the hookups are provided its amazing!
this is by far the best looking streetstore ever. just a very outstanding amount of work went in there. crazy!
From the wonderful interior of this shop, he seems to take great pride in his work.
What a cool Yatai, this has to be the best looking Yatai I've ever seen.
What a unique yatai!
I wish I could find the manufacturer of such designs
Reached the level of architectural designer👍
Such an aesthetic place, would love to spend some nights with friends drinking fresh and lovely coctails in summer. Kudos to the man!
As a coffee lover, I certainly would have one at this lovely stall. May this hard working owner always stays healthy and successful. 🙏❤
Exquisite attention to detail. You can't help but admire it! Were I ever to have the pleasure of visiting Japan, I would make sure to go here. A+
that's some deddication to do this everyday. would love to visit this place when the borders open again.
Amazing! All of the work was done by himself everyday. The moveable store is a miracle.
So much respect for this man and his dedication to his work. I’m tired just from watching.Just amazing.
I think it's normal like regular food stall. This is the owner passion. Regular food stall also takes time to build. And preparing. This owner takes his time with his stall. Its really good to be satisfy in what you do and you like. 😆
very cool ! I admire the energy he has, to set up the store, and then, still have to prepare drinks for customers
Look at the way he does little things here and there. Such a meticulous and smart person. Love to drink here!
Amazing work. Setting up is a full time job and he has to take it down as well at the end of the day. I am very impressed with all these people who do this. May they all stay healthy and prosper.
Japanese people are so inspiring man.
Would have loved to see more of how he operates and how many customers he has per day
Now this!! I would go here all the time.the aesthetic is so comforting. Love it
This is the epitome of dedication. I am very impressed.
Doing this every night! And having to deconstruct again! Wow!
Would be nice to put a realtime time stamp for us to know the relative hours
