Everyone is blind and theres a guy who wears an eye patch hahahaha okay I'll go with it.
Considering how I knew several people who lost an eye, I attributed it to the person having lost that eye and the patch is to cover an open socket.
He's worn it for a very long time, removing it while the world around you collapses would probably be even more stressful.
