on the day charlie testified -- some of the talking heads on court tv were saying he did okay on the stand, but that it was on direct testimony, wait until cross.
none of the talking heads thought his story was true.

@@sunny1433Yeah but you can see he is very easy to manipulate. Aside from being a murderer, you can see there’s something wrong with him. The way he repeats himself over and over and talks about how he can’t understand how he didn’t win the case because his lawyer said “We got this” He took his words to heart. His lawyer was just doing what any lawyer would do and try to give you hope to keep you positive. Instead, he’s crushed because his lawyer said We got this! What could have went wrong? It doesn’t take much to manipulate him.
If Dan said only two or three people on the jury would even look at him while on the stand, how in the world did he keep telling him that he is going to win without a doubt?

I honestly don't get the point of putting Charlie in Solitary confinement. He wasn't expressing any suicidal wishes or anything and his personality is near comatose level. It must be a standard operating procedure for the jail.
