Reading Transcript of Police Interview of Charlie Adelson's Ex-girlfriend June re: Dan Markel Murder

- Join Judy the RUclips Lawyer, Toni & Remy in part 1 of a dramatic reading of the transcript of Charlie Adelson's ex-girlfriend June's police interview. The interview was recorded in July 2018 without her knowledge. Charlie Adelson, DMD was a periodontist in the Miami area who was arrested in April 2022 and is now in jail in Leon County, Florida, accused of being a mastermind of the murder of FSU law professor Dan Markel. Markel was married to Adelson's younger sister Wendi. They divorced in 2013 and were still going through divorce and custody-related issues when Dan Markel was shot in the head by hitmen on July 18, 2014.
Months ago, Judy the RUclips Lawyer read RUclips captions from an audio recording of the police interview, which can be seen on Deep Dive True Crime. The videos were roundly criticized as many people thought the reading was terrible and from an actual transcript (as opposed to auto-generated run-on words with errors and no punctuation). Thanks to supporters of this channel, we now have the official transcript to read.

I saw this woman’s testimony in KM’s trial, not live, but when I found this case I was looking for clips and info. Then saw clips of this woman’s testimony and you sound just like her. This family should all be prosecuted & the Markel’s should get those boys before it’s too late. If Donna is talking to a GF of Charlie’s like this…. Imagine what they say to those boys….💔

good in character - of june especially., she seems too attached to ca ? wow- this girl is frazzled, wanting him under suspicion? even on stand shes the. bag of rocks theory? glad to hear mom is losing it. maybe shell have a nervous breakdown and be committed no more death . her sons looking at life in prison grandkids wont see crappy grand ma or uncle chaz .kids know the family killed daddy. no friends/ money or freedom and a lot of therapists-

I’m with everyone here Judy you capture the essence of June like non other! I hate to admit this I also was stupid a naive when I was younger I dated some real losers and also kept taking them back luckily none of them murdered anyone but the point is she doesn’t seem to have grown out of that like by now you’d think she’d be looking back and realizing wow I was so stupid!! In this case by now you’d think she’d be honest and come clean when you are on the stand not take back statements you made or down play them. I guess she’s one of those that never grows up! I see her like I see Wendi and others she absolutely knows more and she’s covering up when she could help!

I think she fell in love with the lifestyle of wealth and privilege - and imagined a real future with Charlie.She knew that to delve into 'the case' with Charlie would only cause him to question her devotion - and loyalty. Charlie getting another woman pregnant and moving her into his home instead of her was the best thing that could have happened to June as it 'broke the spell'.

The more you listen to this, you realize that June may be pretty; she may even be sweet but she has NO common sense at all, she is “not sure” if she should be with a guy who had someone MURDERED.

That's what the transcript said-- the court reporter who transcribed the recording couldn't hear exactly what was said.
Totally irrelevant and off subject but did anyone else notice during the police interview with June where they're showing all the pictures of her how her moles disappear and are in different places? So either she is covering them really good with makeup or she's drawing them. So sad June has no self respect. I can't get over her saying he was a dream man except for cheating and murdering. Is she slow? I am not making fun of her but I just wonder if she's all there?
