I admire Ruth, her husband and daughter for sitting through all this, trial, after trial after trial and even in the discussions on the final jury instructions and trial charges. My heart breaks for them but in the same breath I am happy that each one of the accused are being brought to justice, may no stone be left unturned and may each and EVERY one of the Adelsons be held accountable.

Why would his subconscious think that? Also it's genius to plant the seed in Charlie's head about Wendy and if his sister "appreciated" what he did for her and to make him realise that he was a) not the favoured child between the two b) quickly named by Wendy as a possible suspect and c) just the fall guy for his sister and mother's ulterior motives. Charlie was happy to buy little gifts all the time for Katie since he thought that that would convince a juror some day that he thought she was a poor struggling mother and he could say that he thought all the money was being transferred straight to the "extortionist".
But the problem is, he is so adamant that Katie and Sigmundo must call the Bump number on his and Donna's behalf, and they are obviously Charlie's underlings taking his orders. The only reason Charlie and Donna called in the end is because the police knew not to pick up when a call came from Katie or from Sigmundo, so they couldn't get through to the bump-men, and finally Charlie and Donna had to call themselves.

When he doesn’t have good answer says it’s been ten years. But he remembers his story, what happened with “extortion” with amazing detail

Yeah his defense tactics are fairly similar to Katie’s, but slicker

@@TP-yz8pn except his condensing tone is messed up. He actually corrects her several times about grammer, definition and whether a word is a verb. It’s so crazy. Shows his personality. Not in a good way.

Come on. Not even admitting your mom was a bit much and did dislike Dan is obvious lie. We heard her venom.

Why do I feel the need to confess to stealing a chocolate bar from the store 37 years ago! This prosecutor is 💯

I dont think his lawyer did an ok job in the stand, but he was not excellent.
So I thought the prosecution was going to eat his client alive, but she didnt.
I was expecting a lot more from the prosecutor. I thought she was going to grill him, but she seemed to me she was just frustrated. She didnt make enough key point questions. This was like a high school debate.

HIs lawyer did a great job!! That's why there might be reasonable doubt with some jurors. Charlie completely turned this story around and some people are beleiving it. Because of his lawyer. IMO

Wouldn’t you call the police if anyone threatened your families life? I mean if you came home to your house being broken into, you would call the police, especially if you wanted that person who did it, caught?

I think so, but maybe not if I was threatened by a Powerful gang leader that had just murdered someone I knew.
Honestly, I think a lot of people in that situation wouldn't tell the police

Never been so many lies in such a short period of time.
    Guilty as sin.

The prosecutor's snark was off-putting. The witness wasn’t snarky and created more believability by seemingly to answer without getting frustrated by the snark. I wished the prosecutor had been better because her snark may have lost this case.

When I get out? Talk about thinking he’s going to go free. The same attitude that he had to getting rid of Dan, he will never go to trial for murder.
