Awesome contents ... loving it
Kuruvilla
Bro mallu aano
Da monaa
Seriously bro consistency is the most important factor .
My friends quit gym after 3-4 weeks saying that they are not seeing any results blaming there genes.
But imo at least 3-4 month's constant grinding is required for gains.
BTW I am on my 5th week . I am not focused on body building but rather on becoming fit and loss all fat weight
Wish me luck guys 🤞
All the best bro
It has been 2 months since i started working out. And I already can see the difference in myself.
I've been training for about 4 years, but it wasn't consistent. I made all the mistakes that he mentioned in the video lol. Now I'm really focused and I can assure you, quality and consistent work will aways be the most important things in training, wish I had this knowledge earlier....
good luck with your gains dude 🔥
Hahahaa dude..3 to 4 weeks are barely the starting point! You need to push them and keep em grinding..Good luck for your fitness journey btw!
How u look now bro, probably like an nfl player
Honestly I found that after a little bit, you start to enjoy working out and do it regardless of motivation as its simply a hobby at that point.
Facts, after just going for a while it just feels like it’s part of your day and it doesn’t seem like a chore to do, or something that’s extra to think about, its just now something I do all the time without giving it second though if I should go or not
Wow, honestly wish I could reach that soon that regardless of motivation it's like a hobby now😂❤
I also found its easier to go everyday than going 3x per week. If you go at the same time everyday you just go on autopilot mode, whereas if its 3x per week i find myself thinking "omg its gym day tomorrow, i have to get up earlier etc..."
I do it just for fun lol.
i think people get embarrassed by lifting lighter weight but the truth is everyone in the gym started at one point so nobody is judging you
Thanks. I'm going today and I'm not very strong. A bit nervous so this helps, thanks :)
@@yourenotthatguypal99 how's the progress going on mate?
@@azhaankhan7000 Heya brother it's going alright. Haven't been back since because I used someone else's subscription and I'm moving soon. But I've been doing a few home workouts. Trying to do at least a hundred pushups a day so I'm feeling a bit stronger. What's your usual workout if any bro? :)
People do judge you….but that’s okay. It doesn’t matter!!!
Motivation comes and goes, it's discipline which keeps you going, the key to consistency is being disciplined 🦵💪
Exactly. Most people fail because of "motivation". Motivation is the discipline of something/someone else and if you start motivating yourself, that is called discipline. Motivation isn't yours but discipline is.
Don’t skip leg day
nah
The big guys are actually super friendly and always helps you

Big mistake is dont skip leg day
"Sooner or later, Those big guys are gonna be asking you for tips" lol ok
I like the ending, "your future self will be proud" ☺️🙌
“I’m not scared of being judged I’m scared of where to start” Somebody random
Kuruvilla is a real one i find myself getting back to for the absolute basics.
I am also on my 10th week and I see big change in me❤️
I don't intimidate by any person in any part of life let alone Gym
I’m a beginner & everything you said is relatable to me
The best motivation 😍😍😍
I started gym With the motive to Lose weight and Get some Muscle (bicep tbh)it has been only 3 days,And surprisingly I'm getting more and more motivated every day (i didn't expect this since I'm an Introvert)

Respect your knowledge ❤❤
Literally the most reasonable and helpful advice. Thanks🤝
those arm genetics are insane man
Thanks for this bro
consistency❤
I'm starting my gym workout today
Really appreciate for making this video
The number 2 is what I really feel everytime im in the gym. Thank you this is so helpful ❤
Consistency is key! A lot of people focus on what working out does for your looks and those are the ones who more than likely will not be consistent. What working out does for your mental state I believe is more beneficial than anything else. That’s what keeps me consistent. I Can be in a terrible mental place when I walk in the gym But when I walk out of the gym be in a totally different positive mental state. It really is amazing
you and a few other on here are very humble, hard to come by nowadays! subbed man!
Truth! Consistency is everything!
Thank you so much ive subscribed
He has a demon back
I needed to hear this
Everyone is watching, but everyone is proud 😁
i totally agree 1000% about number one= Consistency
Thanks bro. You inspired me.
Great video, informative💪
i wish my gym had those nice machines lol
I really don’t care about looking like I’m ripped or even losing weight I really just want to see my strength shoot up where I can do the workouts influencers do with out absolutely dying
am currently crying so hard right now. This is seriously the most beautiful, well put together story ever. I can’t believe how magical it was . That part truly made me shed a tear. And especially at that part was just so truly heart touching words can not describe the series of emotions I felt. I absolutely loved the climax it had insanely excellent detail. Oh and we can’t forget the conclusion. The conclusion was the greatest and saddest conclusion I have ever seen better than any of the books I have read. Thank you so much for creating this absolute masterpiece. This is essentially the most important masterpiece of film history. It is a tragedy that this, it can’t be called a film, but a transcendent emotional experience, will be inaccessible for most. It beautifully encapsulates the human struggle to its basics; suffering, pleasure, faith, despair. It connects with the characters within the viewers, individuals suppressed within our own subconscious. It stays vibrant, fresh, and revolutionizes the art of storytelling and filmmaking while making a damn of statement on what it means to be human. Entertaining, gripping, and simply exhilarating. This might be the most impactful piece of art I’ve come across in my life, and I’m definitely coming back to it in the near future to study it more deeply. this is an absolute masterpiece , I was brought to tears listening to this and seeing the bacon go whirly swirly in a circle countless times. it absolutely moved my soul , and I don't think I can ever be the same. this bacon has changed my entire mental state , I am now at peace with who I am and what I will be doing later in my life. i have forgiven all my enemies and now I am a man of a pacifist life. I will move on , gotta move on , as the song says. the bacon is so inspirational , it shares it vast wisdom with all of us , and we are all so lucky that it would bestow it's great words with us. we are all children on bacon. hail bacon. hail bacon. The spinning bacon, rotating in one direction with this music... This made me tear up. How could such a bacon do such a thing? I'm struck by awe by this masterpiece. Especially when the bacon spins, showing its lightly salt covered tan skin. I can hear the crunch just from here, and so as the beautiful sound of the bacon scraping the dark, smooth velvet floor. The flavor, music and everything can be heard, tasted, seen and felt from a screen. You can really hear the breaths between the music artist, empathizing her love for this rotating bacon. Truly what I call modern art. This was the most legendary performance by any piece of bacon I have ever watched. The acting was top tier and very life changing. This is one of the greatest work from a piece of bacon I have ever seen especially on . I am currently crying so hard right now. This is seriously the most beautiful, well put together story ever. I can’t believe how magical it was at . That part truly made me shed a tear. And especially at that part was just so truly heart touching words can not describe the series of emotions I felt. Big thanks 🙏🏽 hope to make my future self proud ☝️
Awsome work brother keep it up ❤️ 🙌 🔥
I didn't get consistency until I was actually consistent. Don't focus on the results, seek the habit instead.
Thank you for your advice
I’ve been working out consistently going on 3yrs. Lost 50 lbs, put on some muscle and approaching 190 on bench but still look fat with my shirt off. Trusting the process. 🏃🏿
Bro skips leg day
i was about to say this 😂
Well said thanks so much
Superb bro 🙌
Its all True Man!
those big guys are gonna be asking u for tips. Ill remember that 💪❤️🙏
No
I think bro needs to spend more time in leg days
Thia is good advice
Funny enough the "BIG" guys are the most enthusiastic and wholesome people in the gym
Can confirm
I would add going at it completely alone
I recently started my journey yesterday. Its fun And amazing after but tiring a bit
Thank you and do you mind to do some lower workout?
One of the sickest bodies I have ever seen. His right bicep is totally, totally awesome! HAven't seen one that beautiful ever! Wow!
Thanks doggie. 🤜🤛
Nice biceps 😊
Hi can you atleast put the words above so that even in silent mode we can still read.
You need a stabiliser on that video. It's like you're in an earthquake
Good equipments
indeed idol, keep it up
*consistency
That’s so true my man, thanks for the reminder
🤧 Lift them who man I man
It'd have took him almost 4-5 years💪
I'm starting to workout because I start military boot camp next month. But I'm a little embarrassed because I can barely do a push up. I'm an acceptable weight and height, but I'm not fit or active.
i’ve just started my journey
Thanks
I would add that the biggest thing is diet. I barely work out but switched to a high protein low sugar diet. Got the shape and built strength mostly just from that. Now I just need to build the muscles so it looks better but the general shape is already there. Apparently natural testosterone does a lot if you give it what it needs to work.
W advice
Make a video about ur diet plz!
I too had problems with bench press. Couldn't do more than 3 sets of 5 reps with just the bar. Now fast forward one month i can bench press 5 sets of 12 reps with additional 5 kg added. 😌
Number 4: you have to do barbell squats
That machine looks sick
😈 No bad
yap it's make sense,good job
Bro skipped leg day
*for influencers, it took years to get there and often lots of drugs
I would be a beginner but I don’t go to the gym yet and I have patience for the gains because its enjoyable to me.
My biggest problem currently is being too broke to get myself a membership 😂
What a biceps 😳😳
Another gym mistake is not using enough gear
Reapect bruh thanks for that
consistancy is the 1 and only thing u need... Im now a bit over 2.5 years active in (ofc I have my times where i just cant do anything anymore) bu just dont stop at all thats all u need to think of
I just did my induction yesterday and I’m going again in 10 mins
And never skip leg day….
Bro once I finally started lifting light weights after TEN YEARS of lifting heavy with bad form... my gains exploded. I am 25 now. When I was 15 I was yanking up 60 pound dumbbell rows like my life depended on it, and I looked like shit. Now I am repping out 45s and feeling the burn in my lats. I have a semblance of a v taper for the first time.
Thanks for the inspiration and the fantastic tips ( Or reminders) as always.
Good technique and constant tension is a game changer. After all, gains are made because of a good stimulus.
Your awesome man we have similar content styles, well I want mine to be more similar I’m kind of sporadic rn
i just hate the pain
I used to be chubby but I lost a lot of weight, now i want to get in better shape physically so I can perform better on the basketball court.
Bro how do you know the terms benching the bar , what is deadlift etc.? I have paid for personal training because I'm an absolute beginner and don't know these jargons. But it's very expensive and I cant watch yt videos everytime I go to the gym for knowing these things and gow to do them. Please suggest something
I would have one set a session which is classed as who lifting, like still do full range of motion just don’t control it too much this helps me stay being consistent for fun
Don't i don't want to look like my favorite fitness influencer. I don't want to look like noel.
I started lifting a month ago I am having an amazing time
Edit:I did home workouts and built alot of confidence so Im having the time of my life
Noticing any changes?
After 2 years I have lost all motivation ,the person i wanted to impress ,my progress my results my confidence my mental health ,but slowly but steadily ill crush myself and sculpt me back again
We are kings without crown
Gold without sunlight just looks brown
Saam sulekk❤
