The art of seduction | Seema Anand | TEDxEaling

  • The ancient arts of Courtesanery and Seduction were once treated as high philosophy, with divine and academic associations. Dr. Seema Anand explores how these narratives have been lost and in the evolution of their vocabulary, the implications have changed. Working with the range of what 'story' can mean to an individual Seema facilitates the learning processes of 'telling', 'listening', 'acknowledging' and 'rejecting' the narratives that make up our lives and our social interactions to enhance communication, build links and open dialogue.
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)

Speaking skill is one thing and truth is very farther. A good salesmanship is one thing but..... You are good at one language, your vocabulary is very strong doesn't mean that you know ground realities.

The idea of men being knowledgeable on how to fully satisfy a woman is a thought which is more ignored than adhered to in Indian society. I wish more people could talk about this subject the way you have. So broad-mindedly, openly and yet fascinatingly, interwoven with the art of storytelling, history and science.
In an age of capitalism where beauty is a construct sold on billboards everyday, its talks like these that show how deep the meaning of relationships, communion and the ecsatcy of love can be about.

She was not doing any of that! She could have worn see through sarees if she wanted to seduce!! She was indeed dressed so appropriately even her Pallu’s so beautiful covered!
