I have a tip! Occasionally my phone will die and the message will pop up even after I fixed it about a week ago, reset your phone with the power off or holding the Home Screen/Power Button. If the probably keeps showing up after a bunch of resets you should probably see the Apple Store.

Since I have 2 phones I used my older one for about a week then put my sim card back into my newer phone and that seemed to fix it so it's not "breaking" on me after 1 hour. If the problem continues for anyone else I highly suggest go seeing a professional about it since nothing else seems to work.

If the latest software didn't fix the issue, it's most likely internal hardware issue which you will need to take it to Apple authorized repair shop to take a look.
@ZHC • update I noticed the front Camera had some condensation on the inside and after about a day it was gone and my phone re connector my service provider so maybe try drying it out if it font any type of water on it before the issue started happening
