Precisely. Jimmy doesn't mean to put anyone in danger. Sometimes the errors happen as a form of karma. Like his shrink ray shrinking the whole for calling him short one too many. Or other times, it's just a cruel twist of fate. Besides, its not like he wanted the Yokians to come to Earth and abduct the parents. He wanted to contact GOOD aliens.
Jimmy is a brilliant kid for all that entails. His scientific aptitude is incredible but he often overlooks possible problems or threats. That or he’s just too eager to get results which leads to most of the show’s conflicts.

He and his team only did the god killing thing one time, and even then it was with the with the power of all of humanity's wishes for their success for a one-time power-up. Any other time the Phantom Thieves are fairly reasonable with their power levels, and have varies and interesting skillsets instead of just "murder everything with magic nukes".

Let’s be honest, outside of being born into wealth, Batman would probably see a lot of himself in Jimmy. Strangely enough, I can see Batman helping Jimmy. By acting as Bruce Wayne, he can provide faculties where Jimmy can better satiate his curiosity and refine his love of science without things blowing up as badly as his inventions are known to do. The problems Jimmy cause are the result of trial and error and, due to being a kid, failing to recognize what he should or should not do until it's too late.

Subjects: Phineas and Ferb (My take on it but I don't have much knowledge of DC info and lore if you change it, I won't mind) Two kids that live with their parents, their older sister Candice, and pet Platypus who is secretly a secret agent and one of my previous subjects Perry the Platypus in the Tr-State Area. they may not look like much except their odd head shapes but these two are super geniuses able to make many machines, inventions that don't seem possible and starting many events just as ways to do something during the summer. They seemed to have mastered many subjects like Biology, Mechanics, Archeology, Chemistry, Robotics, Astrology, Architecture, and many more despite not going to any schools to learn them. their ability to use any object around them for their creations show creativity and innovation skills while being able to use government resources without permits or even much authorization dumbfounds me. they made an army of robot versions of themselves that achieve sentience soon after, made a luxury home while they were stranded on a remote island, made a giant working plane made out of paper mâché. there are way more but there are too many to keep going off from. I did find details from confidential Owca files that they helped perry defeat an interdimensional invasion from a different version of another one of my previous subjects Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz but had their memories erased to keep Perry's identity a secret. they even helped the Avengers defeat well known Villans while they lost their powers. The only reason their parents don't find out is because Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz's evil invention unintentionally erase all evidence of the boy's work before their parents find out while the older sister Candice spends all her time try to show the parents what Phineas and Ferb are doing trying to "Bust" them. this plan involves showing the parents everything that Phineas and Ferb have done but not so they could be punished but show them their kids have amazing Talents that could help many people maybe even the Justice League. Yes, Candice will become upset that Phineas and Ferb won't get grounded like she wanted for her whole summer, but this could finally give her closure from trying to "Bust" the boys and actually live her life for the better maybe become proud of them. I will use my money and connections from Wayne enterprises to put these two into the greatest school possible earn their degrees for their massive number of skills while giving them proper access to government resources to continue creating their inventions while getting proper supervision to keep an eye on them. But I need to properly contain them I will have no choice but to send them to the Phantom Zone because it's shown that they can use anything around them to their advantage so no normal or supernatural form of containment will work. Unlike many pervious subjects before Phineas and Ferb could actually escape the Phantom Zone due to their amazing intellect. I cane only hope these two don't lose their Moral Compass.

Assigning each potential threat their own induvial "nemesis" as well as giving "host families" "pets" to monitor young adventures and inventors.
