I like that 3D model ,, & for the Plus section of this tutorial, Lol , the 1st thing came to my mind with that Face jitter abstract color is ((its very useful if you wanna make a box of colorful candy, imagine you see all those red/violet/blue/green/yellow Candy pieces altogether :D )), I just don't know what if I want Arnold to color the Quad faces (not coloring their as triangles parts) ?
Thank you for your comment, Hazem! I haven't heard much feedback about the "plus" part, so I'm glad you said something. It's a fun thing to do. :) I agree, it can be helpful for box of candy, or even hum balls. It's a great node!
Yep, I am trying to get extra results by plugging procedural nodes (noise for example) in the texture switch for each parameter, more possibilities for lots of results.
Hey, thanks for your tutorials! I really like your channel (probably gonna recommend it to others as well), but I have a question about color jitter. I really wanna do a negative saturation, and according to the solidangle page on it, it should be possible, they give examples with negative saturation value. However, I can't seem to fill in negative values for saturation. Any ideas?
Hi Piet, Thank you for your comment. In aiColorJitter, it does have a saturation value, but doesn't seem to have much effect. However, when I typed in a negative value, it desaturated it. (I was in the object pull down menu). I hope that helps!
Hey Monica luv ure vids and ure new focus on Arnold but, you should give redshift a try. It's even more incredible! Keep up the great lessons!
There's been a lot of talk about redshift, especially since Blizzard uses it. I should give it a shot! :)

that's a great idea! Playing around with Arnold, adding nodes to see what happens is so much fun. :)

I'm afraid not, but thanks anyways :) I simply cannot input a minus sign. Ah well, I suppose I should just keep this in mind when choosing textures :)
Thank you.
Nice video! Just out of curiosity, this jitter affects the texture? Or is just for the material? Thanks for everything! :D
Hi JuanDanielR2, the node affects the texture attached to it. As a whole, it affects the shader. :)
Isn't it a useful node?
Woow great👌👌👌👌
Isn't aiColorJitter fun? :D
Wooooooo Graciassss!
I really like using aiJitter! I hope it was helpful. And denada! :)
